Scheduling, the drop off, call that it’s ready, pick up and even the gentleman that brought my car to the door, all FANTASTIC customer service. Smiled, spoke clearly and explained everything in a great tone, with ease and just overall kindness. I am honestly shocked at all of the people that work there, and how amazing they were customer service-wise.

Mike Palladino at Hudson Valley VW was recommended to us from a friend, and even though the dealership was 45 minutes away we wanted to give them a shot. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from the start, he was knowledgeable, professional and always available to answer any questions we had!
Hudson valley Volkswagen is a fantastic dealership to work with. They made the entire process easy from finding the right car down to finalizing the sale.

Great service/rxperience! Brought my GTI in to HVVW basically after a cold call because I was frustrated with another VW dealer, and how they handled things. HVVW performed a Recall service, and found a coolant leak which was covered under the Powertrain warrantee. Total for the bill, $0! They didn't find anything to charge me for or suggested esoteric services to get more money, aaand, they gave me a coupon for a free car wash. They won me over, definitely going back.

Kenny and Deborah, the service representatives, and Shannon, the service manager, are always so cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable of the service needs of my VW Tiguan. The service department expedites the oil change or other necessary maintenance service in a very reasonable time frame. Today my tire pressure alert came on, and they were able to schedule me later in the day. They always do their best to help. The waiting area is always clean and quiet. I highly recommend Hudson Valley Volkswagen.
