My family has owned so many Mazda's I lost count. I've always purchased or leased from Mazda. I've always been satisfied. Vin and the sales team stand behind they're promises so much so that I drove from SC to NY to pickup my new Cx-50. Thank you guys.

went in for an oil change for $79.99 very nice customer service but they removed a nail from my tire(wasn't picked up by sensor) and without asking,they removed it and plugged hole.I feel they should have asked because I could have went down the block to flat fix for $5 but instead I was charge$35! super annoyed fast forward to the next day, the asst manager called and profusely apologized and refunded my tire fix charge.Now thats customer service!

I just got another Mazda and the experience at this dealership was awesome. Joe Bonavita made the entire process a breeze. No hassle, no pressure...he was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a Mazda; he is the best.

We just picked-up our new CX-30 from Wantagh Mazda - what an unbelievably great experience! We've been driving Mazdas for years now, but when our current lease was almost up we chose no to go back to our previous dealership because we had more than a few unpleasant experiences there. We decided to give Wantagh a try and it was definitely the right decision. Joe Bonavita handled everything for us, from our first conversation to vehicle pick-up (including financing!). Joe made everything easy, answered every question, answered phone calls and emails promptly, and was just so pleasant to work with. The whole process was actually enjoyable. I cannot recommend Wantagh Mazda more. Be sure to ask for Joe B. when you go!

Wish I was able to leave negative stars. Wantagh service is horrible. Brought my car for service and paid for items that were never performed. David the service manager made me feel like a liar, until he reviewed the video and confirmed my complaint. Unfortunately you can not watch your car being serviced. Find a dealer with better transparency. Hopefully the video does not get deleted and the owner and sees the poor quality customer service.

My 10 day old CX-5 with 110 miles has a flashing amber light on start button which remains on after engine starts with many of the cars systems non-functional (instrument panel, backup camera, a/c). Supposed to take this thing on vacation this week but cannot in this condition. Need Service Department help ASAP. Let's see what happens. Really upset.

Loved my CX5 just hated this dealer. my previous car was a Hyundai and the service department there was a thousand times better than Wantagh Mazda. With every service you get a comfortable waiting area, coffee and bagels, here nothing. Hyundai washes you car after each service here never and believe me I asked. Each time I had service I dropped the car off the night before. Final straw was my daytime running light. They fixed it on recall but the fix didn't last leaving me with a $1500 repair bill. They didn't even offer any assistance. My advice if you want a Mazda find a better dealer one that cares about its customers. I couldn't see dumping $1500 for a light repair so I traded the car in for a new vehicle. Will I miss my CX5 yes will I miss Wantagh Mazda absolutely not. Good riddance. Way to keep a customer

I did my research and visited or called several dealership. I was truly dreading the whole process. Wantagh Mazda was the only dealership that didn't try to sell me anything extra or mark up my car some ridiculous amount over msrp. I worked with Charlie and it was truly a smooth seamless transaction. They will get my business again anytime.

Visited Mazda recently to purchase a new vehicle. This supposedly "family-owned" dealership certainly doesn't treat you like family. Due to the car shortage, the absolute best deal that they offered was $1,000 over MSRP. I refused to pay anything over MSRP, and you should too!. I'm happy to see that other automakers (Ford,GM) are not tolerating this price gouging. Hopefully Mazda corporation will not either. Please don't waste your time going to this dealership.

They are very apologetic but despite their apologies my car is unusable. I was scheduled for service on my 2016 cx5 today and now my appointment has been cancelled with no reschedule available for weeks. My electronic parking brake has malfunctioned and this means that the car sits in my driveway and has been for 10 days at this point. Mazda of Wantagh did nothing to offer to help us other than tell us to go call other service centers. At least find us another appointment somewhere else as a courtesy. We've purchased three cars from this dealership. We won't be purchasing any others.

Wantagh Mazda is one of the best dealers. Everyone is so welcoming, professional, and patient. My wife and I had an amazing experience, given that this was our first time purchasing a car. Victor Liantonio allowed that experience to be one of the best. He was very patient with us, he knew exactly what we wanted and never put pressure on us. In addition, their service department is super efficient and have been pleasant to deal with. They are all about work and making sure it goes does right. Shoutout to Ray. Wantagh Mazda cares about their customers.
