“I should have written this review a few weeks ago, but I found it difficult to find the correct glowing words to use in this review. We first went to Carpets & Us on April 1, 2024 via a recommendation from a friend. While working with Nancy and Carol I received a telephone call that my brother had passed away. I had never met these two wonderful ladies, but that afternoon I received a condolence food delivery from Ben's arranged by Carpets & Us. (I had never used them before: just met them: and they spent their time and money to express a condolence to a stranger.) My wife and I spent hours at Carpets & Us looking at samples and having Nancy send swatches to the house. We finally settled on a carpet and the price at Carpets & Us was more than competitive. As great as Nancy and Carol are, the installer that they use, Wilson, was equally as fantastic. Wilson and his brother George install carpets, paint, and perform numerous other jobs. They are my "go to" folks. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend Carpets & Us to anyone!”

They were quiet, and neat, and took the remnants with them. There was a small tweak with the base molding they replaced (yes, I am picky) and Mike was on it. He scheduled the crew for the next business day! Almost forgot - since there was left over carpet, Mike offered to create a runner and mat with the extra material!
