The facility is wonderful & clean .wanted to go here because it was close to our home so brought our dog in .. The doctor not listening & treating me like a clueless pet parent was not dismissed by me . I advised her he's been checked as a young dog at adoption -referencing an unchanged bald spot on our dogs head he's had since we rescued him 5 years ago , to run skin test & then recheck in a few weeks .. no , it's been done but bought shampoo I told her I already had but she didn't listen.. I bought it anyway but knew that was it as I checked out .. was told to make appointment for recheck on the recheck .. I raised my eyebrow at this, said no & left .. went back my old vet, who is friendly, a good listener,communicator & darn well worth the travel..

We are big fans of Walden Animal Clinic. You can call with questions and for prescription refills. They are truly caring and want to see your animals healthy and thriving. There were a couple times our dog needed immediate attention and they were able to accommodate and fix the problem with expert knowledge. I will be bringing all of my pets there.

This is the best I've been coming to this office since it first open and Dr. Steven Kelly took over the practice I've never had any bad experience they all treated my pets with unconditional love ❤ i must say I read the few negative comments thats was said i can not believe it? I've seen other vets and had the worst experience with them so I truly appreciahe walden Animal clinic i can only say this place is the best thank you for all you do and the wonderful care you give ❤ ♥ ? ? ???

Was on vaca and accidentally forgot a med for our dog. We called to see if the vet would call in a Rx for us at a local pharmacy. Called twice, spoke to ppl in the office but they couldn’t tell us if the vet would call it in for us. This is a Rx the dog will be on for the rest of her life. It’s for glaucoma so it’s not like there could be an abuse of the med. never got an answer that they would call it in. Vet never called us back and the staff just kept telling us they didn’t know what he would do.This is not the first time I have had challenging service from them either. Our dog had an appt 3 weeks ago that we are STILL waiting for an update on despite numerous calls to them I still can’t get a straight answer as how to proceed with our dogs glaucoma diagnosis.We stayed with them because we really like the part time Vet on staff but the owner that makes the policies is absolutely awful. If you are a working family that needs a vet that works with you and follows up on what they say they are going to do, then this is not the vet for you.Utterly disgusted

How dare you send me a reminder that my dog, who died a year ago, who was a patient of your clinic, but you refused to see him when he was in dire need, telling me sorry but we are closing in 10 minutes , take him to Flannery! You have the audacity to send me a reminder that he needs shots when you know full well that I was forced to put him down because he had a stroke! You are NOT a caring animal clinic, you care only about $$$$. My heart is broken and I’m still trying to get over the loss of my beloved Roastbeef and I get your reminder card in the mail!
You should be ashamed to call your facility a caring animal clinic! Remove us from your computer! Something that should have been done a year ago?
