Place stinks! Went for tuxes for a friend’s wedding and even after 3 trips out there, I don’t think any of us ended up with a tux that fit. We all looked like we were about to be selected into the 2003 NBA draft. They charged one of us for a “missing bow tie” that they ended up just misplacing themselves and later found. They told two of the groomsmen they couldn’t try on the pants because their legs were too small (they are, but still.)
UPDATE: They declined a refund because the “groom said everyone else’s tux fit fine it was just you and you also didn’t come Thursday to try on the tux.” The groom absolutely did not say that, I confirmed this with him. They did not even contact half of the party that had issues. And on top of that, I went to try on the tux on the Sunday before the wedding and when it was not even close to fitting, they told me to come back on Wednesday. When I did that, it was not ready still. And now I am not refunded because I couldn’t skip the rehearsal dinner. Leaving this review on every possible platform so people know to never come here.

The biggest thanks to Tuxedo Junction for making the suit process so seamless and stress-free! We had such a large variety of size needs in our bridal party and everyone looked amazing!

Absolutely amazing customer service and great suits. Even when busy they still made it seem like all attention was on me and my groomsmen while still also taking care of everyone else as well.Staff had great attitudes and very cheerful dispositions. I will be recommending to anyone looking for suggestions to head on in and give them a try!

Amazing staff ! They were very busy when we arrived to the store , we needed a suit for my son for an event in 2 days , Manager Barkan was so quick to help us , he took care of many people at the same time and helped us to leave there with the suit we need same day ! Great customer service and great personality ! Thanks to Barkan and the staff in Tuxedo Junction in Victor !
