If I could add no star I would. Told me both rear barring needed to be replaced, along with my brand new brakes that were put on a month ago. Estimate was $774. I decided to get a second opinion due to their price. Well needless to say nothing is wrong with any of my barring, and my brakes are still fine, issue is it needs tires and the e brake is ceased. Monroe was going to charge me for services not needed and then probably charge me for the needed on top of it. CROOKS!!!

They replaced the wrong wheel bearing, the one they changed had just been fixed a few months ago. Then they passed the inspection on the car despite it not being safe to drive. They left me the reply below on this to call a number. They were incredibly unhelpful at the customer service number and never called me back after I had emailed them what they had asked for. I'm out several hundred dollars with a car I can't safely drive because the actual wheel bearing that needs to be replaced wasn't.

I dropped off my SUV at Monro Victor for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. I left it there all day. I called about an hour before they closed cuz I didn't hear from them, and it wasn't done. This is the SECOND time I had this exact same issue with this same location. I am done with this location making promises they can't keep. I'm sorry that business isn't as easy as it once was, but improvement is really needed here. The customer service rating here is a solid "F".

I made an appointment with Monro to have new tires put on my car before winter. I left my vehicle with Monro for the entire day and received a call shortly before closing that unfortunately they were unable to service my vehicle due to overbooking their schedule, despite having made my appointment one week in advance. This was especially inconvenient as I had rearranged my entire schedule for this appointment. Beware that appointments don't guarantee service at this location!
