One star is being kind. Vestal Jeep is a dealership that should be avoided at all costs! Corporate Jeep is a JOKE! My Jeep Gladiator Mojave a $59,000 truck has been in service now for the last 3 weeks. I got an engine light and read the codes. It had 7 codes including multiple misfires , heater sensor, and 02 sensors. It took them a week to tow my vehicle.(Used a tow truck lifting it from the rear). The tow company would be there between 9-11 and they showed up at 5:30 pm after 10 phone calls and missed day at work. Vestal jeep took a week to put it on a machine and replace 1 02 sensor. This of course did not work. They put it on a machine again trying to charge me again $170 for diagnostic to say that its the other 02 sensor and it will be another week. Again 5 phone call to them to get this information.(THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE). Jeep Corporate says they will escalate the Warrantee claim now and step in. This is the second time they said they were going to escalate the case. I have had 5 Jeeps in the last 16 years. There will not be another. Arrogant and incompetent. I have had to rent a car now 3 weeks. AVOID VESTAL JEEP.

Went to test drive a vehicle on my birthday thanks to Victor the salesman he made a special trip to a different location for the vehicle I was interested in, He made sure that it was all nice and clean from the drive he did and all warmed up and ready to go when I got there for my test drive. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle (a 2022 Dodge Durango) and with the help I received from Charles in the financial dept I bought my new car.If you are looking for a new or used vehicle all I can say if go see Victor and Charles between the two of them you will leave with the car you always wanted. Tell them Sharlene sent you.

I use the Vestal Jeep dealer for all my car maintenance. The staff there has gone above and beyond for me at a number of appointments. On my last visit, I needed an oil change and inspection. The inspector gave up part of his weekend off to come in a perform the inspection. They did this for me without asking. They are truly a wonderful group of people that enjoy helping people. Please give them a try.

While searching online it was clear these guys had the largest inventory of Ram 1500s. My sales guy Harry Gracin was responsive and informative, all without any pressure. We got the deal done and I was on my way home in my new truck in under 3 hours. Would definitely buy there again.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Was able to get in the dealership in the same week as the schedule call was made. Went in for service, the technician found a problem and was able to get it covered through warranty. Very pleased with the communication and service that was had at this dealership. Will definitely return. ?

They were very nice while buying a vehicle but time will tell. I've had nothing but bad experiences at the jeep dealer on front st.

Reached out to Pete through their website, he immediately got in touch with me and went straight to work to get me the deal I was looking for. In fact the deal was so good, my son bought a new Jeep as well! Thank you to the entire team.

I brought my 2022 Ram 2500 to inquire about service. I also needed two recalls performed that have been identified as fire hazards. The service manager advised me I would need to be put on a list because the dealership is only allowed to perform one recall a week. Sounds like you are passing the buck of recall work onto other dealerships.

I stopped in to find out how to connect my phone to the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan that I had just purchased. Alicia in customer service was most helpful by coming out of the office and showing me how to do that by doing it for me! This is much more than I had ever expected, so kudos to her and that dealership on the Vestal Parkway in Vestal!!!

Vestal CDJR has a horrible service department. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass in November 2020. The service department wrecked the front end on the day I was to take delivery. The service technician neglected to properly close the hood before he test drove it to make sure it was OK for delivery. It flipped up while he was driving it and damaged the hood and both front quarter panels. I ended up waiting until the end of January 2021 to take delivery. My salesman took care of it but I never heard from anyone else at the dealership during this whole time. Not the dealership manager, not a single other person contacted me to apologize. I never got any kind of compensation or free oil changes for being inconvenienced for nearly 2 1/2 months. Lame. The last time I dealt with the repair department, the service writer Gail Reddy tried to sell me 4 cheap-ass Kelly tires for $1100 because mine were worn. I got 4 high-quality Falcon ATs from my mechanic for $150 less installed and it included a NY State inspection. She also claimed I needed a new axle seal for $300. My mechanic inspected the vehicle and found no indication that it needed replacement. So she tried to scam me out of an extra $450. The service department is a nightmare to deal with. You have to call and leave a message and then they get back to you to set up a time. Only they never do. I always end up calling my salesman who gives me a bullshit story about how all the service calls are routed to the Title Department. Apparently this is something that has been going on for months because I had to deal with the service department twice within a year and got the same story from him. I love my Jeep in spite of all of this but I will never buy a Jeep from Vestal CDJR and I will never deal with their service department. Avoid Vestal CDJR at all costs.
