I'm 65. I've been going here for about a year. By 100 miles this is the most well run pharmacy in the area. I have been to most all in the area. Hours are excellent. People are outstanding. Service is amazing. Never a delay or waiting in line.

Excellent care given to us all!I go out of my way to get there because the closest pharmacy is CVS but their pharmacy is problematic.Hospital pharmacies are the best!

This is for UHS walk ins in general. I went with concerns that my tooth was abscessing and causing swelling down my neck and in my jaw area. It was a pretty big lump so PA that saw me spent about a minute and a half or less with me, didn't take the time to listen to me at all and shipped me off to an ultrasound at Wilson Hospital with no idea where I was actually supposed to go. I ended up walking a city block just to find the place. I was told to stay there until the results were read. 3 hours later I left because no one got back to me about anything. I just needed an antibiotic for the tooth. Not all this hoopla to make money. They did nothing to help me and their bedside manner was awful. I went to a walk in in Pennsylvania and got the necessary medications and imagine this.. I am getting better and waiting to see a dentist. This is the fourth time I have used UHS and every time they have been absolutely terrible at their jobs. We are just cattle to process and get rich from folks. I don't know where they went to college but I will bet you everything they didn't graduate at the top of their class! If you have an option to go ANYWHERE else... save yourself and do not go to them. They have no interest in your medical problem, just how fast they can shuffle people through. I would not give them 1 star but it made me pick at least 1... 0 out of 5 for me!!!

I made a reservation at 11:30 am for 1:16, they text me running late come at 1:40 great I thought no problem. Another text, time to check in I did 1:25, my name was on board, great not! 4 people with reservations after me called in, my name off the board! it's 2:05 and lady getting called in reservation was 1:45, mine was 1:16. I went to check at desk, girl was clueless and rude to boot, I I asked her to go check for me and see what the problem was and she did not. Just kept telling me it was a reservation nit an appointment and they probably had a room ready for me, she never checked! I was coughing nonstop with a headache to the point of dizziness, so I asked her to check for the second time but she did not, I had to leave I knew I could not have sat any longer feeling so bad

Twice this place has billed me for meds I didn't get. Today I show up to pickup medicine which was supposed to be ready yesterday and they stare at me like I have 2 heads. I wait 30 minutes to get my order. I ask what took so long and I was told there was a line out the door and they didn't have time. There had only been one other customer there for 15 minutes. The whole watch (and can hear every word) of 4 women behind the counter gossiping and doing nothing. Why aren't they focused on their work? I am about done trusting these people with my life.

Every time I come here the one lady is painfully rude and there’s always an issue with my prescription not being filled so I then have to wait and waste more time
