After a traumatic accident, Triple City Towing was quick, courteous, kind, and considerate. They arrived within minutes and had everything resolved for us quicker than I could’ve asked for. When I had a separate issue with another part of the accident process unrelated to them, their staff were exemplary in assisting me and taking my needs seriously. They spent time out of the office helping to get it resolved. I couldn’t have asked for better service and couldn’t recommend them enough. You know you’re in the right hands with this company.

So unfortunately I needed two of my cars towed within the same week, the first of which was an after hours job. These guys showed up pretty quick considering we probably drug one of them out of bed as it was about 3:00 a.m. The second job was around 8:00 a.m. and both times they showed up pretty quick, the drivers were courteous and I have no complaints. Hopefully I don't need to but if the situation arises I would definitely call these guys again.

unbelievable service. the driver, who was fantastic, his name is Tim, called my home to say he would be here in 15 minutes, and guess what...he was here in 15 minutes. Then, I watched as he loaded my Ford ranger onto his tow truck and he double and triple checked everything as he was going through the entire process. First rate company, all the way... first class employees...all the way!! tom

I got pulled over in Vestal and my truck got towed, as in the other review the cost to get my truck back was $585 on the 2nd day. And 85 a day for storage?? Seriously?? Just proves that they want to make it impossible for people to get their vehicles back , they could care less how this situation is affecting the families in their community that now have no vehicle. I'm a grandmother taking care of my 5 grandchildren, because of such a high price to get my vehicle back I am unable to do so. I've now lost my job as well due to lack of transportation so here I sit with 5 kids to care of and no income. I'm probably going to lose my house as well. All because of their ridiculously high charges and an unwillingness to work out a solution with their customers. I do hope you realize that you are literally ruining lives, children are now going hungry, homes are falling apart . When you look in the mirror or lay your head down at night, I hope you see your own true colors.

I called Triple Cities approx at 10:30pm and they picked up on the first ring. Mike was awesome to deal with and he got a driver dispatched right away. The wait time was less than 30 minuets!! The person that showed up was named Hunter and he was so nice, and got the car right up on the lift and towed back to our house. I have also used this company for other towing issues I have had and they have always been quick to the scene and offer great customer service!! I highly recommend!!

Professional and courteous. Reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with their service. Breaking down on the side of the road sucks but it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been.

Thought we just needed a jump start but it turned out to be a bad starter. Hunter was the tow truck driver and he put my truck along with bicycle rack and 2 electric bikes on the flatbed. He called ahead to Mavis Discount Tire to see if they could get time to work on it. Hunter was very efficient and courteous. Highly recommend both him and this tow service.
