Deion was wonderful. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford in monthly payments. He made it work and even got me lower payments. I would definately recommend Matthews. Don't forget to ask for Deion!!

A great experience overall, especially the personnel! The atmosphere is upbeat and positive and we felt that the sales team was extremely helpful. The inventory was a bit sparse so the color I wanted wasn't available, but the rest of the buying experience was spectacular! I'm thrilled with the car - including its color! I will return to look for the next vehicle our family needs.

Went to Matthews Mitsubishi to look for a vehicle to replace my one that I have had (got used) for 7 years. Mykel Kittle was the associate who assisted me and led me to a beautiful car. The process was quick and easy, and Kittle even came in on his day off to ensure I got the car and to finalize everything. Thank you all so much! Professional and clean environment as well.

I feel like when I take My car for routine oil change and tire rotation there is no issue. When anything else has to be fixed on my car There’s always an issue. One time they ordered the parts for my car they were the wrong parts and then I had to pay for the wrong parts. Then recently, I took my car to have some thing fixed. I asked if the part was ordered they said they would call me when the part came in. They never did I had to call multiple times then finally the parts rep says the part is in. Finally, I scheduled the appointment, told them several times what needs to be fixed. They fixed one part and the other part wasn’t done. Now I have To pay additionally for another part but the labor is free. Regardless I feel like they don’t listen to the customers and just do what they want. Matthew’s import center is way better than on the parkway. But they won’t fix certain things cause they’re not Mitsubishi

I came out of work with a flat tire. I was able to make it to Matthews Volkswagen about 10 minutes before their service was closing. I was greeted with a friendly hello from Korey Spicer. He listened to me, came out to check the tire, and set me up with an appointment for the next day. Even though I came at closing time, he didn't rush me through the process. The following day, he kept me notified and I was on my way. I'm new to Volkswagen in general and also for service at Matthews Volkswagen. I can't say enough nice things about how well I've been treated each time I've come in for service. Thank you!!!

Everything went right! Matthews Mitsubishi/Kia Auto, unlike the majority of businesses, maintained a professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly relationship with me. My vehicle lost all power over a weekend, and I needed a replacement as well as a ride to the dealership. I messaged Matthews in haste, and Sharon didn’t question my motives. She scheduled me an appointment, and a ride, with a salesperson that day. I chose a Kia Forte and drove it off the lot this Thursday. Andy, my salesman and friend, and Cole, who put up with my wanting to pay with a debit card, until I realized a cashier check was required. I will be forever grateful to Sharon, Andy, and Cole for their niceties. As a disabled USMC veteran, I need transportation to keep my appointments at the VA in Pennsylvania. However, I also welcome a slice of empathy when there is a real need. Thank you to all at Matthews. Larger businesses would be well served emulating the personalized service Matthews offers. The dealership is the one to go to should you be looking for a car, and a no hassle or pushy buying experience.
