My Car Be Half Clean Staff Just Stands There Spray I Guess Bug Remover Half Way And Tires Still Dirty Most Car Washes Have Brushes On Both Sides To Clean Them Before Going Through The Wash. I Pay $42.99 For The Month My Car Should Be Clean.

Hands down the best self-service car wash I have ever been to, the chemicals that they have are amazing. I have never had my car from a self-service car Wash look as good as it does today.

Their equipment broke my daughter's windshield and even though it was on video, they tried to accuse her of breaking it prior. The law states that unless it's posted clearly, they're liable. They have nothing regarding a windshield on that sign. They refused to replace the windshield and dismissed our claims as if we were worthless. We will never spend another dime there.
Response to owner's response: it's funny how in the public eye, your response sounds professional and courteous. However, while talking to your staff, they were condescending and blamed everything on my daughter. The fact is your machine broke her windshield. Considering that my whole family has spent a LOT of money there, you think you'd be honest and fix it. You've seen the video. It clearly shows the windshield in perfect condition before driving in, and broken on the way out. Your machine stopped halfway through the wash because something went wrong. That's a brand new car. You just don't want to pay for it. The law says you're liable. Your staff said, "We're sorry you feel that way." What you're doing is unprofessional and illegal.

a good example of the newfangled car wash -> all the bells, whistles, lights, wipers, sprayers, brushes you can imagine. we got the wax-protection-for-corrosion-protection option ('tis the season). for a moment in time, I can relax.

Overall the dog wash was ok. The water was freezing cold during the wash part. I have a 110 lbs GSD. So it was a long wash and it never got even warm. My dog a little over half way thru the wash had had enough of the cold and jumped out of the tub. On the hot rinse thewater was warm and that was a relief for us both. One suggestion would be a small garbage can to put hair in that the vacuum doesn't get.
