“Kelly was the coolest employee I have run into at a Stewart’s. I always have good experiences at this location, but the way Kelly helped me and how he acted compelled me to write a 5/5 review. He was very helpful and super friendly on Christmas Eve at 8:30 pm of all days. You would think anyone would be upset working at this time, but he went out of his way to ask me what I needed and his friendliness was contagious. Kelly made my day!”

“Busy gas station, moderately clean. They have normal gas station snacks & drinks & trinkets. No public restrooms. You have to pre pay if you are paying in cash. Alittle hard to get in and out of at high traffic times, but they do have a good amount of parking for customers not getting fuel.”
“This is a smaller gas station, stopped here a couple of times before I started reviewing. As my mother in law had lived close by here & I needed fuel. Not sure of the hours of operation anymore, but this is not a 24 hour location. Employee was friendly. Alittle tricky to get in and out of especially at high traffic times. They don't have everything that you normally find at a gas station as it is so small.”
“Always clean location. I stopped in twice for a sub, and it's been relatively busy around lunch time. My man rodrick always handles a busy day with a professional attitude and turns a gas station sub into something great. Go in and see rodrick !”

“Decided to order a couple of pizzas about an hour before super bowl. They were very polite. They said it would be about 30 minutes, but she called shortly after and said it would be done much sooner. We got there and bought some extras, however the young woman that took our order was being berated by a customer and called names. All employees handled the situation very well.”

“The bad: The size of this gas station is smaller than other FastTrac sites. 8 cars max can fill up at same time, but in practice much less, because the lanes are congested. Bad congestion at the station itself when busy. Since shop is smaller, less choices of food and snack items. The good: The location is very convenient though, and there are plenty of entrances, exits, and a traffic light. Store workers do their job well. Free digital air pump for tire inflation.”
“Nice enough but honest question: Do New Yorkers not have passports? Why does every place struggle with passports, but accept status ID? They even accept them from different states. Is NY unfamiliar with the states that have become United? I only ask because that's who designed and approved of my ID.”

“I just bought 2 home office chairs here and was helped immensely by 3 associates. I neglected to get their names, I’m sorry, but 2 female staffers were super polite and helpful, cashing me out, loading the boxes on a huge cart for me, and then getting a male staffer to pleasantly take them to my car and load both in it for me! I could not have taken advantage of the sale price on them and on the gas I bought without their help. Great job, Utica store personnel!”

“Never have to wait to cash out, I like how when you cash out the little touch screen asks to rate something about the store, like the cleanliness, the restroom, how Easy it was to find what you needed, wait time ect. More stores should do this!!”

“It's a Fastrac. Expectations not super high.Clean, lots of things to buy, reminds me of a combination AM/PM and 7-Eleven mash-up but granted I was visiting from Los Angeles and had never been to Fastrac before.We loaded up with snacks and drinks for a roadtrip back to the city and everything was as you would expect.Not only were the cashiers super friendly but one guy working the coffee machines let me have my coffee for free because "the red light is on, the coffee is passed it prime" lol that still tickles me thinking back on it. And to top it off, the coffee was fine!Would definitely come back next time we're in Utica.”
