Went to uniondale branch this morning to cash a cheque the Spanish teller was very rude and unprofessionalI don’t have an account with this bank was seriously thinking about opening one but after my experience I am forgetting about itI have been to this branch several times in the last 3 months and this is my first nasty experienceI tried calling the bank the lodge a complaint with the manage and no Bobby pick up the phoneThe manager can feel free to contact me for more details … either way I have absolutely no interest in doing business with them ever again

Citi bank is one of the worse banks I've ever banked with. They take your money and hold it for what ever reasons they fee like. When you call to complain and ask where your money is they constantly hang up on you and refuse to answer any of your questions. It's my money and I not entitled to answers about why my money is not being put into my account. I will be closing my account and make it my business that no one else in my community banks with you as well

the staff is really nice here. its a bank nothing crazy here. if you use the drive in service it can be really packed so you might as well park in the street run in and run out. the ATM area can be pretty packed and get tight so you know.
