****** BUG IN COFFEE BREW MACHINE *****Wow the title says it all, but the response was unprofessional. I usually only go to McDonalds for coffee but was in a rush so 7eleven near work.I pick up two 7/11 replenish drinks ( 2 for $3.50) and brewed for a Medium decaf coffee and what I witnessed floating atop (?) a bug.I told the only cashier in the place and he glanced, never said a word and walked over to check out 2 customers. I explained that’s unsanitary and left it behind the counter area. Again, never said a word. I was not getting coffee after and he ringed the two drinks and the register said $6.97!! I explained they are 2 for $3:50 and left.Never again 7/ eleven!

I have been there a few times now and each time it was awful. The first time one of the workers followed me around the whole time “in case you stole something” and the drink machines was being “cleaned”. The next time same thing. This last time the coffee machine wasn’t working and the cashier added in two slices of pizza that we didn’t even have. Horrible place. I encourage anyone needing something quick to just find somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, theres a bald man who works here with a black hoodie. He is very rude and mistreats/discriminates me everytime I walk into the store. When confronted as to why, me a customer who has been spending money there everyday, is being treated horrendously, his response was he didnt like me quote on quote. Unacceptable, I am a very nice person and very rarely leave reviews, but being mistreated in this store has crossed a line with me. Stuff is never properly stocked as well here or in general kept clean. Machine for card almost never works either. I will be reporting this behavior to the BBB Unacceptable behavior.

First 7/11 ever that won't let you bypass the pin to your card. Never an issue anywhere else but here I tried two different mehtods with same card. My card and Samsung wallet and nope the guy said I have to try and use pin. Super sus ain't with it. Never again stopping by this 7/11 ima stick to the one in baldwin Never an issue EVER. AVOID THIS PLACE !!! The men that works here are extremely disrespectful!!! I asked for help and there were 3 men... 2 of which wasn't doing anything at all... one told me he didn't feel like it !!! All 3 men proceeded to have conversation with each other about nothing business related, while I was still standing there !!! The area where they keep the milk and creamers were extremely filthy! All of the containers were empty !! Imagine wasting your time and money for service like this !!! You're better off at the other locations nearby, which are cleaner and have better service ! As began to leave the man that wears the grey sweater every night curses at me... the rest is history!THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE ! IT'S NEVER CLEAN! THEY'RE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE OR TALKING TO EACH OTHER while customers are waiting to be serviced ! NEVER AGAIN !

I asked where the Napkins were, the worker SNEEZED in his hand before handing me some from behind the register.There were no napkins at the coffee or hot food stations. But sneezing and had handing me napkins without cleaning his hand is disgusting! He must be trying to get me sick!

My first time here. How come the crappy 7/11's are by me and the good ones aren't? Anyway, I stopped after being in the area to get my usual iced coffee. This 7/11 is immaculate. Organized, clean, stocked to a T. The employees were nice and friendly. The complete opposite of the one by me in Baldwin, Grand Ave, off Sunrise Hwy. Anyway it was pleasure stopping by this one. This is how ALL 7/11's should be!
