Terrible service and rude customer service also the car I got didn’t match the picture and they wouldn’t fix any of issues with the car also they left stuff in the car too. Wouldn’t recommend them at all

Went in today to ask a question about a vehicle I purchased thru them (Over Priced) and was told to take vehicle else where. Does not honor warranty or work done on vehicles. AVIOD AT ALL COST. I thought with over pricing of vehicle I would at least get service like I was told at sale but nothing but a nightmare. AVIOD THEM!

Got a car from them that still needed a tune-up,breaks changed, oil changed, and a new alternator when I reached out to them about the problem they cut off communication then repoed my car after the 30 day warranty was up. THEY WILL DEFINITELY SELL U A LEMON AND MOST OF THE CARS ON THEIR LOT WONT START WITHOUT A NEW BATTERY OR BEING JUMPED STARTED

I was looking for a company that was trustworthy and would back their word. Golds auto did just that. The entire transaction was flawless. I was short on $ and needed the car delivered. Golds auto helped me ship the car and discounted the shipping price. Additionally they answered all questions and returned my car asap. We ended buying 3 cars from golds and every transaction was a delight. I highly recommend golds auto !

I was sold a lemon rusted out floor bad tires bad muffler bad alternator bad ac broken emergency brake holes in the exhaust i was sold the car with the check engine light on the car was illegally inspected it should have not passed inspection or been sold it had 126 miles on it I put 2500 down I been paying 311.00 for 10 months I been robbed out of my money this car year make and model is not the price they charged me for it there is no credit check and thats how they get people and scam them I took my car back they were not willing to fix anything on the car they tied up my muffler and soon as I got on the highway it fell back off my tire fell off on the highway a stranger stopped and helped me they are extremely rude and very impatient with people something need to be done they saw I knew nothing about cars so they took advantage of me the worst place ever to buy a car they know the car won't past inspection so they sell it ilegally inspected so that by next inspection it won't pass and they take the car back and keep your money this is so illegal my first car ever and I'm so disappointed
