They are a gentle place. I've brought many pets here, healthy ones, sick ones, and ones that needed to be put down. They're respectful for your grievance. I wouldn't trust my pets anywhere else

I cannot say enough good things about every single person who works in this clinic. I just called and had 12 questions about both my cat and dog. Wonderful Christine helped me by scheduling a prompt appointment, and she was so so kind to me, taking the time to answer every one of my questions about both my animals. All of the receptionists are so kind and helpful, and it’s so apparent they care about you and your pets. Every amazing Vet Tech there is my favorite. When I lost my soul dog in Feb, Mara comforted both myself and my daughter and all the staff were nothing short of incredible during this sad time. During and between each visit, I feel my pets are cared for by the most competent and loving staff. We mostly see Dr. Zagst, who is so knowledgeable and helpful. She has always followed up with me after appointments to share any findings, and has done surgery on two of my dogs, both an ACL repair, which healed beautifully, and then a large tumor removal. Her expertise is always appreciated. I can’t say enough things about how wonderful Ken Ton Animal Clinic is. I will never go anywhere else for any of my pets. Picture of Peaches for tax below.

Incompetent and rude. They don’t care if you have an urgent situation. Not an emergency situation an urgent situation. If your pet is sick, you take it to the vet, but nope, they don’t set any time aside for more urgent situations at all.
Go to Brighton Eggert. They will definitely see you in an urgent Situation And actually care. In addition This vet seems to only care about money. I found out recently that I am paying about double for my prescriptions as to what it would cost on Chewy ! That’s price gouging if you asked me
God forbid you have a negative experience with the front desk, people or other ….they are very defensive!
I simply responded about an experience I had on their Facebook page and I was attacked A front desk person was Laughing and being rude about a comment when my pet was very ill and suffering! I was just stating an experience …I feel these people are triggered and unstable! unprofessional. Very strange, but instead of calling me and discussing my negative experience, they choose to Messaged me on Messenger
I absolutely will not be back.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE !! I brought my Great Dane puppy Dean to the clinic for a neuter and gastropexy, Dr. Eric O'Hara mistakenly cut my pup's diaphragm during the surgery which collapsed his lung and caused him to go into cardiac arrest. He also reversed the anesthesia while my pup was cut open. My puppy died on the table. I sued him in small claims court and won. Now, 2 months later, I'm still fighting with his lawyer to pay the full amount owed to me. I will be reporting Dr. O'Hara to the New York State licensing board for gross negligence and for the unpaid judgement awarded to me. I'm hoping his license to practice veterinary medicine is suspended. This is a matter of public record. Of course I'm expecting a defensive response from the clinic as they do with all negative reviews.

Was 10 minutes late and tried to call but no answer. Always on time and spend hundreds of dollars here and get turned away over 10 minutes.

My Roger stopped eating and drinking and was anxious for only a day- he was almost 16 and even though I thought he could very well pass away, I wanted more time with him and wanted him to pass at home. The doctor gave Roger fluids, anti-nausea medicine and pain medication. I put him in my bed, he slept peacefully as I petted him and talked to him. He passed at 2:00am, still in the same spot in his sleep. I am so incredibly grateful that the vet gave me that extra time with him. Thank you to the doctor and staff for doing that for me and Roger. ??

Has others have said everybody is upbeat and smiling on Saturday one of my cats came jumping on my lap and there was blood everywhere. I rushed over and everybody took care of her immediately. While I was sitting on chairs scared LOL. Turned out good though nothing big deal.. i’ll never go anywhere else.
