UPDATE "THE PHARMACIST" IS LEVI he acts like he thinks he is a god! The female pharmacist Kaylee the one that is good, just defended him because he is new! What happened to helping patients first? Sham on you CVS, shame on you.Whoever "CVS Pharmacy and The Pharmacist" are that worked in Sunday 1/7/22 should NOT be in medical. No empathy, no help. I was gonna give it a 5 star as the the female pharmacist that usually works and the staff that work with her are amazing, but these two give you a hardcore 0 if it was an option. "The Pharmacist" that worked today was THE reason I stopped using large chains, the female pharmacist that usually works is so nice she is the read I changed to a big chain. No more. Gone CVS you are horrible!

The girls up front are useless & they send you too the back, where Hailey will ignore you & avoid all eye contact. She literally moved so I couldn't see her again & again. She finally realized I can move too. THEN the cashier screwed up my signing up for the Care Card & gave me a card with a different number on it.On the plus side Pharmacist was very helpful, patient and kind.

I had a problem getting my Prescription priced correctly. The Pharmacy Staff and Ronald took time to straighten out the problem. Their effort saved about 1/2 of my pension.Bless these caring people.

I grew up going to CVS Pharmacy and always felt cared for there, but the pharmacy staff at this location are really inconsiderate. I've never experienced anything like it! It honestly caught me off guard. There were at least 4 people working and we were told it'd be 15 mins. We waited over a half hour for our prescription, even though it was promptly called in, and ultimately left without it. The staff was cold, uncaring, and uninterested in answering our questions. I've asked them questions in the past and they were similarly uninterested and unhelpful. Hate to leave a bad review, but when people are sick, they deserve kindness and I think this should be noted.

The decision to do Covid 19 testing at the drive thru has turned what should be a brief errand into 40-60 minutes of chain store purgatory. Considerable and frequent staff turnover adds to the problem. Disappointing.

I just picked up a few scripts from this location. They are working extremely hard on the other side of the window. Looks like they established a Covid testing sight there. Same staff, much more work, but under the reality that some of the swabs they are collecting may contain Covid. I just want to say that our neighbors working in this pharmacy are real American front line heroes. Thank you very much for your contribution to our community. Godspeed.

Sarah the pharmacist (or maybe she is a pharmacy tech) was awesome in assisting me with finding a less expensive price for my dog's medication. For those who don't know, pet meds are cash price up front. Even if you have pet insurance you pay the pharmacy first, then submit a claim to the insurance. Sarah proactively searched for the best price, via manufacturer discount cards and good rx, and called me before the script was ready to let me know my options. She was very caring and professional, and I can't thank her enough for her help!

I'm not sure if they have too many customers, or working at CVS is THAT bad. There have been numerous instances when CVS will not notify me that there is a problem in filling a prescription. They just sit on it until I call and ask if it's ready. Their techs (Diane and Marlene) are the rudest and most ignorant women I have ever come in contact with. I will be going elsewhere.

Had difficulty communicating about an insurance issue over the phone. A female staff member was unprofessional and quite rude to me. She let her frustration show and it ended up being a mistake on her part. Only giving 2 stars because i finally got my script run through. They really deserve 1. I will not return here. I work in customer service and would never speak to a guest the way i was spoken to. Their calls must not be monitored. :/

CVS forgot to fill one of my scripts then dismissively told me if I want it I need to go wait and they'll text me. It's already been over a half hour. No apology, no attempt to fill swiftly... Customer Service is highly lacking at this location.

What a strange place. I walk in, find my stuff, walk up to the registers, and nobody is there OR anywhere nearby. Very weird.
