This store ripped me off they charged me 139.00 just to get my old number back. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY GO TO A CORP. STORE. THE CORP. STORE SAID THEY WOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME JUST TO CHANGE MY NUMBER!!!

Thieves. Bought a new phone and they told me I HAD to go with the highest plan and call a couple of days later to downgrade. Went to another store and they told me that I don’t have to go with the highest plan AT ALL. What a shame!

Worst and irresponsible staffs and service, guys do not listed to these customer service when they sell they are very helpful try to sell all other accessories, if there is any problems when you visit the store not helplessness and the best part ask us to go to another store, Cricket is worst service, least Cricket CEO would review the customer problems , I don’t think so?

extremely poor customer serviceto the point of thievery (adding 2 items without asking, totaling over 30 dollars) . The so called manager has no idea how to do his job and doesn't understand that he doesn't own Cricket but he does represent them. Cricket may lose business depending on how they handle thier already "money grubbing" ways
