My daughter needed an inspection, she is 16 and has an older car… we took it to a different local mechanic that quoted us $2300 in repairs just to get the inspection. I called One stop and spoke with Andy. Not only were they quick, but the car didn’t need half of the repairs that we were originally told she needed by the other place. We are so thrilled to have found good and honest mechanics, and will be highly recommending them to all of our friends and family. Thank you for everything Andy!

My regular mechanic wasn't going to be around this month and my inspection was up the end of the month. So I did a lot of research and read reviews so I settled with WNY One Stop Automotive.
I got my car inspected but I had some codes that I needed to have repairs to fix. So I had to come back. When they checked the codes, they informed me that I had to do repairs in order to pass.
I didn't feel like I was being talked down too. It was explained what needed to be done and the price which I thought was reasonable with what had to be done.
They didn't try to upsell me for unnecessary repairs. Everyone was also nice and friendly.
I'm going to definitely come here whenever my regular mechanic can't fit me in. WNY One Stop Automotive definitely deserves the 5 star rating.

Very happy with the service from WNY One Stop. I had a bit different project going on. I wanted to instal some coilovers, springs for suspension of a different type
, to lower the car and give it a more sporty look. After getting some from a different garage and not being happy with the experience at all I turned to WNY One Stop. The experience was far superior from being able to talk with the staff and the service time was faster as well. Very good experience at One Stop and very happy with the outcome.

They are professional and very honest about the car issues. No trying to sell you on things you don't need. Prices are fair and they are great about updating you. I've dealt with the owner and he is very nice. My usual mechanic is Andy, he goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. I will continue to use and recommend WNY one stop.

Took in my Tesla Model 3 in for a NY state inspection. Scheduled on the website for an 8 AM appointment and was back on the road by 830. The staff was very friendly and the shop was clean and comfortable while i waited. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. First time customer. I will be a repeat one. They were so friendly and nice. They got my truck in and out. Price was good. Very clean area to wait in. The guys were very personable. A great experience all around.

Pulled in with a flat tire. Took me right away. Hadn’t been there before. They were so nice, polite and accommodating. Couldn’t have been any quicker. Even booked an oil change for next week. And, when I went to pay for the tire repair, he wouldn’t take it. I don’t have much in automotive repairs, but if I did, I now know where to go. They even have coupons. Thanks again!
