Ordered an inflatable prop for Halloween, arrived with multiple holes in it, as if it had been done on purpose. Reached out but oddly enough heard nothing back. Tried to call them but they are purposefully using an unreachable number with a full mailbox, or are too cowardly to answer the phone. Upon reading other reviews, how cute is it that they feel like they can report customers! I have reported this business to the BBB, what a horrible excuse for a company.

Terrible customer service and refused to help me find my package refund ir replace it. 75 dollars down the drain had to go buy costumes again somewhere else for my little girls.

They have everything u cant find in person at party city etc.. Order online only not a walk in place but stock is so well worth it. Wont find typical costumes either so if u want something different this is your place

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. If your item is not received, they will do nothing to help you other than encourage you to order it again and pay for it twice. I never got the sweater I ordered on December 14, assuming it would take 2-3 weeks due to holiday shipping. After 4 weeks I checked and it was supposedly delivered but I never received it. Since it had been “too long” (4 weeks) they refused to process a refund or replacement.

Literally some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced online. The company misrepresented their product photographically, and then advised me to dye the item in order to transform it to the color I thought I was getting. Once I followed their instructions -- thus basically destroying the item -- they refused to refund my money. When I told them I'd report them to the site on which they were selling, they tried to intimidate me by threatening to report *me.* Ultimately, the site refunded my money -- so it worked out. But no thanks to these clowns.
