I love thrifting, but still bought new all the time before Thrift 2 Fight opened their storefront early this year. As a local, I now buy almost all of my clothing here. the store is clean, organized, quickly restocked, and wonderfully curated. The changing rooms are great and well lit with full length mirrors. They're perfect for selfies to compare your outfits to make decisions about what you'll buy. And because I know that you will buy something when you visit, I will tell you that the prices are reasonable across the board! There are designer items, still reasonably priced for the quality, in a marked section you'll want to check out to find pieces that could last for years.As a guy, I have bought casual and formal shirts, pants, neck ties, boots, and jackets. Clothing isn't divided by gender, but I haven't had a problem finding pieces that suit my preferences and body. Thrift 2 Fight's location makes it the perfect shop to visit on a day trip to Tivoli. If you live in or near Tivoli, this business should be your first stop when you want new clothing!On top of making sustainable second hand shopping affordable, Thrift 2 Fight raises money for pressing social justice organizing efforts in the immediate area. This is a woman, Non-binary, and queer owned business, which also makes this shop really stand out in the region. The owners are relentlessly organizing, engaging the community, and creating a joyful space to confront difficult issues in our community. Wherever there isn't clothing, there are flyers, works of art by incarcerated individuals, and a lending library. I know I can always feel great about shopping here!

Occasionally you come across something so special and so highly coveted that you don’t want to share it with anyone else. Your emotional mind takes over and you want to keep it all for yourself. That is how I feel about Thrift2Fight. And yet, my wise mind knows how important it is to share Thrift2Fight with others so that we can give back to it what it gives to us. If you get off on incredible clothes at good prices and kind-hearted owners and employees, then drop what you’re doing this very second and get yourself to Tivoli.

Love, love, LOVE this adorable shop in quaint Tivoli, NY. Calling this a thrift store doesn't quite do it justice. The clothes are fashionable and in really good condition, so the caliber is closer to that of a nice consignment store. What's different is that the prices are GREAT and, this store is a force for good. The owner donates a portion of proceeds to a range of important causes and also has a beautiful "mitzvah" board where you can donate a few dollars to a future customer dealing with something difficult, and/ or also doing something good and the donation will make their day. This is going to be our go-to spot for donating and shopping in the Hudson Valley. Enjoy!

A unique thrift store that is well integrated into the local community. It is super cozy, and festive, and I love to stop by there to chat with Masha :) They also have a secret service – if you think you will never find the pair of jeans you like, challenge Thrift to Fight. There is an entire room full of jeans and the wonderful people there will help you get just what you need (even if you thought it was impossible!)

Rarely do I EVER go to a thrift store except to drop off some of my own accumulation. I do not like them. Being a good sport, I followed a visiting friend into this one in Tivoli, NY. Blown away, I was. It didn't smell bad, it was very clean, beautifully organized, well lit, with a very appropriately friendly and attentive person in charge. I walked out with a tobacco colored, 100% cashmere Italian blazer (for $40.00!). I would most definitely return when in the neighborhood. Exceptional.

Had a great time treasure hunting in this well organized store! Lots of great brand names and even some on sale so we saved even more! Walked out with 2 shopping bags full for my teenage daughter, and you know how picky they can be!

Such a lovely store with amazing options. Prices are reasonably fair for how unique and high quality the clothes are. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. :)

Such a wonderful store. A perfect gem in the middle of Tivoli plus 10 per cent goes to LGBTQ charities and others. I found a terrific madewell shirt at a good price. The store is beautifully styled with cool art on the walls too and kid. Customer service.

My visits to Thrift 2 Fight have made up some of my most positive shopping experiences of my LIFE! Jillian and Masha are super approachable, friendly and happy to share recommendations and honest opinions. Buying from T2F means supporting local communities AND social justice organizations - not many clothing stores can say that! Check out for a great clothing selection, lending library full of must-reads and exceptional service. 10/10 recommend.
