This CVS location does not give up! My photo print item didn't work at another location but I came here and the two staff members worked together to resolve my card issue. Even after 4 hours it's
been a successful day to get my Father's Day card!

I went to cvs today and yairis received me with charisma and energy welcoming me to the store and asking me if I found everything I was looking for really gave me an excellent service thank you Yairis

Unfortunately, CVS is not the store at once was. You can't get through to anybody. They don't hire enough staff and there are long lines for pharmacy. Customer service used to be so good at this store. It's not the people who work there, it's that they never are staffed well enough.

I called the pharmacy to check on the status of a prescription and I waited 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone. At the 25 minute mark the phone was picked up and hanged up. I called back again and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. When someone did answer the phone they acted as if I was bothering them.

Dear Samantha & Rob,I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the lack of empathy you have shown towards customers in distress. How you circus animals are still employed is beyond me.Your actions are truly beneath the standards of professionalism.Rob, suggesting that customers go to another CVS instead of addressing the issue is not a solution and reflects poorly on your problem-solving skills. Such an approach only contributes to the detriment of the business. It's concerning that logic seems to elude you.If that wasn't enough, let's talk about the human trash bag you work with, Samantha. Samantha, your dismissive attitude and apparent lack of consideration for the well-being of customers paint a grim picture of your professionalism. You're definitely a special case of dumb.If you're both so miserable, why not quit? It might be worth considering whether this is the right environment for you. Quitting may be a simple solution, but I understand that logical thinking may not be your forte.Unlike the two of you fools, I am fortunate to have a loving family, which prevents me from experiencing the same level of misery that seems to afflict you both. I feel compelled to share my experience in a review to ensure that you both are held accountable for your treatment of my mother and, potentially, other customers.I sincerely hope your Thanksgiving is far from enjoyable.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting the worst based on the other reviews, but the staff at the pharmacy seemed nice and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes after getting 2 vaccines.

I've had two excellent recent experiences at this Rose Hill Shopping Center store. My 91-year old aunt uses the CVS on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers. There are constantly problems with her prescriptions at that store--not in stock, not telling her the medication is not in stock, just generally there is always a problem. Since I live in Mt. Pleasant and try to help her out, I went to Rose Hill recently and asked if her Restasis prescription (which for some unknown reason the Yonkers CVS could never seem to get filled) could be transferred there. The staff was courteous and helpful, and I was able to pick it up for my aunt at Rose Hill. Yesterday, the Yonkers CVS said they were out of Anoro Elipta but that they would expedite it. I spent an hour on the phone on hold today with Yonkers and was hung up on twice. I called Rose Hill and asked if they had the medication in stock and could they transfer it there. I was very happy when I was told it was in stock there. They had to get the prescription transferred from Yonkers but did so and told me I could pick it up at Rose Hill in an hour. Whatever issues Rose Hill was having, I'm happy to say that I've had very good recent experiences there.

I needed to spell out to what looked like a 16 year old managing pharmaceuticals that a prescription of mine is “in process” and I needed to know when it would be ready. She had no idea what I was talking about and was insistent that there was nothing for me. I called the automated cvs number in front of her on speaker to get my point across. They held it due to the value of the medicine…..call, email, carrier pigeon! It’s not a medication I can be left without. Before leaving, I asked if she can proceed to process so I can pick the prescription up tomorrow, because the wait time was at least an hour. I couldn’t wait that long, there were pressing matters in my schedule.Shocker..it’s still in process.I go to this pharmacy because they have all the medications I need, in spite of national shortages. My assumption as to why this CVS is not affected by the shortage is because people would rather scavenge random pharmacies than go to this dump.Fill your prescriptions at your own risk!

I made 2 appointments for Covid, flu injections but appointments were cancelled by this store. The last appointment is because the pharmacist is to busy filling prescription I understand.Why doesn’t Cvs hire a nurse to give vaccines if they want to give them out. I made these appointment and changed my other appointments for these shots and both were canceled.Not good business.

What kind of business/store opens at 10AM on Saturdays?Since their business hours were changed, I tend to always miss opening hours, and get frustrated.Pharmacy should be opened at 8AM, especially on Saturdays.If they keep doing this, everybody is going to switch to Amazon Pharmacy with next day delivery....
