Tried switching internet and tv from spectrum to Verizon Fios. What a disaster. They put in the service on12/06/23. They used streaming boxes for the tv. It would not work. Picture pixellated and the boxes kept losing signal completely. I had technicians out almost every day for a week it still would not work. I asked to switch to wired tv boxes and was told that even though the service was bad I couldn’t switch just because I didn’t like it. I told them to take it all out and hooked my spectrum equipment back up. My advice : if you are going to try the switch, don’t cancel the spectrum until you know the Fios will work. They techs were great and knowledgeable, most of the trouble was from the equipment, and the customer service people on the phone making mistakes.

Switched service providers, I actually had no service at home. Not even one bar, just an x. Now I can't pay my bill from my phone because when I try on a browser the my Verizon app opens and requires me to sign in. I no longer have an account so I can't sign in. I guess I'll take a ride out to a Verizon store on Monday to settle up. Go mint, I have service at home and am paying 15 a month for unlimited. Verizon charged me 72 for 5gbs

I would like to inform you that Verizon is a scheme operation. Verizon agreement bonds you to an inexistent plan of availability. For you see I was just looking for a new carrier and coming across Verizon, I noticed a $30 plan for 4 lines, I really thought that Verizon was finally be offered for every level of income. So I surf and found out that you could get a free phone for new customers, but with a $45 plan in which is only $35 after auto payment enrollment. Not bad so I was offer a great deal of $96 initial activation and had the phones delivered to my address for I was informed that if I choose to I could pick the phones at the store, here's the first scheme, but I would have to pay $25 down payment on each and one of the free phones.?. They are not actually free, second scheme, they are loaners which bond you to a 36 month contract and restocking fee of $50. ?. So finally my phones arrive I start the whole set up and after viewing my account my first bill is of $442 dollars. Far from the $140 dollars a month. So I finally get in touch with customer service representative and was informed that is because each line is $35 activation fee, the use of employees words and typing, etc.?. But wait I already payed $96 for all the activation on my lines, third scheme, they really could not explain why the $96 dollars where charge. They finally got in a huddle and came out on a great explanation, it's of the sales tax on the my fee phones. I have spent two hours yesterday and probably going to spend two more hours. As a fellow American ? don't bother with Verizon, is just another company out to drain you and take away what they can from you and your family. That's why I give Verizon 1???

Impossible getting through customer service. Don't even work weekends. Sadly don't have a Verizon store around the city to do a walk in if have an issue with your card. You have to purchase a Verizon card at Target, Duane Reade, Rite Aide to put money in the card in order to pay your phone bill. They gone backwards.

I’ve had Verizon for several years and I had no complaints for the majority of it. approximately six months ago, my bill jumped by $70 a month. Now I realize that this is not an exorbitant amount of money, but $70 a month makes a difference to me, especially when Verizon admits that it is a billing error, but every single month my bill is still wrong by the same amount. I have no less than 10 hours of my time into working with customer service to fix the bill, I’m told each month that it is resolved, and each month it is still incorrect. After being charged close to $500 more than I should have been charged over the course of the last several months, I am absolutely done with Verizon. This is completely inexcusable, I have not been refunded, the problem is still ongoing, and there’s no reason for it whatsoever.

Been a customer well over 20 years and recently had an outstanding charge that I was trying to dispute not to mention Verizon's inaccuracies of information regarding my plan and service yet, I was advised to get a payment plan. Verizon is the most uncompassionate cellular company I've ever dealt with! You would think they would take care of long time customers. Did I mention, my bill is set up monthly on autopay....they get their money! It's time to switch carriers! Don't sign up with Verizon, they treat their customers horrible! You're just another number!

A Verizon associate came to my door (my neighborhood) promoting your 5G wireless device. I had the option of trying the service for 30 days after my delivery date (delivered within a few days) and if I didn't like it I could just return the equipment to my nearest Verizon store location. After receiving the box, I tried it for less than two weeks and decided it wasn't for me because I had a better deal (including cost) with my current service. I tried returning the WiFi box as directed by the associate and was told by the Verizon store associate that they don't take devices needing to be returned, but I could only return it by receiving a shipping label by calling Verizon. Your customer service phone number provided through email, from the associate doing the promotion, is only automated. You can only chat or receive a CALL BACK by providing your phone number. I received a call back but it was an automated service and I was directed to call #611 (my phone number is through another company, so that didn't work) and then it disconnects you. I have no way of returning this device, however, you all are charging me and it haven't even been 30 days yet! I will be contacting my local news and an attorney for all of us having this problem!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Their customer service is an absolute joke! You can’t get anyone on the phone to save your life and if you do they pass you around to different departments until you just get tired of being on hold and hang up. They charge WAY too much for the terrible service and coverage they offer. As soon as I can switch to another company I’m gone!

Thank you Verizon for not letting me upgrade my phone planVerizon is such a joke. Their employees supposedly do there jobs but you find out that they don't when u receive a new bill. Then u cannot speak to anyone that can make decisions. They give you numbers that don't work.I'm glad to see this all started by me wanting to buy new phones and they were still WOKE and I had to make an appointment. So I went to T-mobile they let me right in. Gave me a better discount, better service and I was able to walk in and get a new phone. So happy I switched to T-Mobile. Just cost me 300 dollars at verizon because they could cancel my daughters watch phone that we havnt used in over 6 months.Take my advice and run away from Verizon as quick as u can then come over to T-Mobile and save $$

Verizon land line customer service does not exist, it is extremely frustrating to get anyone to help you when your land line does not work properly. Nobody at any Verizon, so called customer disservice has clue about even what Verizon phone number to call! How can this company be so very incompetent and still exist as a land line phone provider?

Been with them for years! Service has plummeted so badly! Charge too much for cheap product. Gave us a garbage phone with so many problems and want the remaining balance on the cheapest flip phone ever! We only use for emergencies while on the road, which isn’t much. Just switched to a different provider. Gave us 2 smart phones (which we didn’t really need, we’re older and not tech savvy) and $30 a month for both (15 each) for service.

Their customer service is the worst. When I called for assistance, I reached an automated system, entered the mobile # I was calling about & made my selection based on what the automation system said. It transferred me to another department where an automated system asked me to describe my problem. When I said "I have no service" it told me I had not described a valid problem & disconnected the call!! I was calling because my service suddenly went off for no reason that I could determine. I tried calling Verizon 4 times & kept getting disconnected.
