The quality and customer service they provide is top notch in central New York. I've had custom tailors in Boston and NYC and they can compete and provide the exact same level of quality options. The owner is pure class as well. If you want high quality custom suits or off the shelf options check them out. Let me know if you can find better as I have not!!

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience designing and having him fitted for a custom suit for our wedding. They were welcoming, personable and made the whole process fun and enjoyable. This was an incredible experience, I walked in looking like a bum and went home looking like a million bucks, they helped my wife design this beautiful suit , every stitch is beautiful, the service was amazing they truly know what they are doing they know fashion and they learn you, along with care about what you want to look like, they are not in business to SELL you on a suit however they are in business to make you feel incredible in your suit and help you every step of the way

I don’t know where to start but when I first came into Mr. Shop I wasn’t sure how I would be received but Chino and the rest of the Mr. Shop crew were incredible. Chino took his time to show me some very quality clothes and it opened up a whole new world for me. I bought some nice clothes and came back to Chino because I am getting married in January and I decided a custom suit is the way to go. The custom suit experience made me feel like a king. Chino has an eye for the slightest detail and is a master craftsmen. I picked up my suit a few weeks later and it’s beautiful. To have something that fits so well with everything custom from the buttons to liner is truly incredible. Chino you are the man. Mr. Shop is the place to be. I will continue to build my wardrobe from Mr. Shop.

We used them for a custom suit for our wedding day. Groom found them easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and their turnaround time is FAST! Highly recommend them!!! Quality was amazing. If you need a custom suit for your wedding day this is the place to go!

Came into the shop as we have a wedding tomorrow and my fiancè forgot his suit at our last hotel. Every employee was amazing. They brought us every suit colour they had in his size and even tailored his pants within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mr. Joel and his team were extremely helpful. Their knowledge on men’s fashion and style are first class. We had a lengthy discussion over the Neapolitan style and they provided some great options.During my visit, they showed tailoring options for bespoke suits all at a very fair price. If you want individuals who will provide solid advice and customize clothing this is the place. I will certainly be back!

Before you rent a suit, consider buying a Tailor made form Mr Shop. From a job interview to a night out on the town I can't say enough nice things about the suit they made for me. It was time for a new suit and this time I decided to buy something nice. All of the Turning Stone management I asked said "Mr Shop". I made the appointment and they were amazing. This is my first real suit and the choices, options etc were overwhelming but they spent as much time at I needed and were very meticulous not only answering but also explaining everything as we went. When was all said and done they told 4-6 weeks. I think it was 3 weeks later and my suit, and custom dress shirts were ready. Went out for the final fitting which went quick and a few days later I had my suit. I am very pleased and the feel of a suit that was made for body type is so nice compared to an off the rack suit. You don't realize it until you put on the custom suit and everything fits like a glove but also lets you breath without your pants falling down. I highly recommend My Shop. And I will be back for more. Thank you!

I just left Mr. Shop with some amazing top quality clothes to add to my wardrobe, it was my first time stopping in and shopping there and the selection was great, Ben was outstanding with helping me choose just what I was looking for and I left with some top quality gear to fit my style perfectly. Service was excellent from start to finish. My son was in good hands for his Jr Prom. Having his tuxedo taylor was truly an amazing experience for him. I am sure he will never forget.The best HANDS DOWN‼️
