Had a controller with a warranty give me problems and the team lead would refuse to be of any help whatsoever unless it was a controller replacement, which I didn't want because the quality was so low.

We purchased an Xbox one x used. We got to the car and decided to look real fast to make sure everything was there when I noticed the thick amount of dust covering the insides. So I took it back in, and she agreed it was unacceptable and used a blower to clean it. She then turned it on, and it made a bizarre sound. We agreed it was not an adequate device, and she made the calls to other stores to get me set up with another one. We were able to get it and have everything transferred successfully. I don't remember her name but she was pleasant and helpful.
