I really can't believe such a big company actually deletes customer reviews? This company has an agent named Cindy
Gao (Zhaoting Gao). She is very unprofessional. I bought a house through her, and it took more than three months to close. This process made me extremely frustrated, and I am very unhappy with my choice of this company and this agent. I hope everyone will avoid choosing such an inexperienced agent.
Cindy Gao's unprofessionalism caused me to lose a month's rent. She didn't know how to apply for a loan for a customer and was trying to figure things out at every step. I felt like I was her first customer. She kept making mistakes and delaying the process. She didn't even know that we needed to prepare a bank draft a few days before the closing day.
This unprofessionalism made me very angry.
And she rented out the house I lived in and asked us to move out. This is really crazy. She also asked us to pay the next tenant a penalty for breach of contract. I will complain to the end. Your company will regret having such an agent.

Thanks to Barbi Schwartzberg and her colleagues we sold our home in the second week on the market at a nice sum above “ask.” Barbi was a great communicator and was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do for proper “Staging.” She assured us that our house would sell quickly even though we were a bit cautious about our expectations. She was right! This woman truly understands the market and what it takes to get the best value. My wife and I would whole heartedly recommend Barbi and her team.

There is always a mindset to never forget how someone treated you. I am not sure if it was my look, gender, how people interpret me but i wont ever refer to anyone in this store. The lady Mary was not receptive, not listening to me and my preferences in the home i wanted to be in. I explicitly explained I wanted north Syosset and she kept showing me muttontown. I explained over and over it wasnt the school district, it wasnt the LIRR access nor was it the parks ,country club etc she cared about. For me it was being further away from the town, having some peace within, some quiet, less interactions with neighbors etc. I saw the ad after this interaction and wondered are these reviews legit as she kept saying, "my kids parents always give me good reviews, can you too?" Even if you dont buy I wasn't here to endorse the lady, i was here to find a home... I think i was most disappointed You know when someone could care less. . i left feeling disheartened. So look a little deeper, have your homework done and ensure your specifications are being met not those of the store.
