WENT HERE THROUGH, THE DRIVE THROUGH, SAT THRRE FOR A FEW A MINUTES, THEN GAVE THEM MY STUFF TO DEPOSIT AND GET CASH, WAITED A FEW MINUTES, THEN THE WOMAN CAME BACK TO ME SAID NEED DRIVERS LICENSE , I GAVE IT TO HER AND WAITED 5 MORE MINUTES, THEN SHE COMES BACK TO THE WINDOW AND SAID, TOO MANY PEOPLE IN LINE, INSIDE, SHE CANT HELP ME AND GIVE ME ALL MY STUFF BACK. . WHAT A JOKE, CHASE BANK, IS HORRIBLE, PUT YOUR MONEY, SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHERE YOU CAN GET TO IT!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE( BASICALLY NO SERVICE). I REPORTED TO DISTRICT MANGER, THROUGH EMAIL ALSO.

OK 1st to review. It's a bank. Come here to deposit your money or make a transaction. Open a new bank account or safe box. Ample amount of parking available. Also it can get very busy here at times. I come here to get my notary done. Friendly staff. Oh I almost forgot one time I somehow dropped my ID in the parking lot and had already driven away. Luckily a customer found it and one of the staff called me and I came to retrieve my drivers license - I thought that was pretty thoughtful.
