The newly renovated space is so inviting...the bamboo floors upstairs in the yoga studio is the perfect addition to the already calming space. It's a pleasure to teach and practice yoga in such a blissful studio.

MaMA is a beautiful space which provides some of the best yoga instructors in the area. Tai Chi, wellness, Sound Baths, workshops and talks bring the community together. We are so lucky to have a place like this to gather.
