Sulin lady is very nasty and has attitude issues every time I come to drop the package. Every other worker there has no issues, but she loves to give the incorrect information and a lecture about sizes of the envelopes. When I asked to confirm with the manager, she said (quote): the manager doesn't know the sizes, only she knows.

Awesome experience when I went to this location I literally was in and out in less than 5 mins the older Asian gentleman was polite and helped me with my letter.

This post office is one of my favorites. The people are helpful and kind. They have a nice variety of stamps which my grandkids love seeing on the envelope, and they conveniently open earlier than other post offices.

Kathy should retire. She tried to trick me into buying a package to spend double for shipment. She lied about the dimensions of my box. She said it was only 2 inches wide and the label would not fit. All lies. It was once she started basically yelling at me when I asked her like how big is it supposed to be I realized she's trying to get me to spend more money on repackaging a package that doesn't need to be.She had the label in her hand and I could physically see it would fit and I had measured it b4 and I knew it was 3 inches.I had to go all the way back home, I remeasured it and made it larger. I even brought more cardboard and tape with me incase she continues to get me to buy a packing slip. Even though it was much longer and thicker than it needed to be. The package was 7 inches by 3 inches by 2 inches.The fact that she did all this over 1/16 inch is ridiculous. This was the 5th or 6th time I've been to this usps to ship the same item to the same person and dealt with her Kathy and she never gave me issue but this time she did. It was her tone and how she treated the situation was what got me.Another time I was there I watched her disapline a coworker over something so small and ridiculous. The guy didn't say anything.I don't feel comfortable comming back here. The USPS is failing because of supervisers like Kathy.

I've been mailing to the same address for 10 years! Why is it ONLY at the post office on Nelson they can't find an address. 2nd time in a week. I took it back and went to Eltingville. No problem. Go figure. Just know that I really didn't want to leave any stars.

I was supposed to get 2boxes but only got left with one. Now I'm at a loss of money from merchant and USPS said my package was delivered.

Mailed package by Priority Mail on June 30 with an expected delivery date of July 3. Package delivered on July 6. All the contents of the package were ruined.

I used to like this place but there's an asian guy that is so nasty! He doesn't want to give receipts for scanned packages and will say "go" when you ask for one. The lady that's there is very nice but i don't bother going any more because of the Asian guy. i would complain but nothing would happen..

There are boxes on the wall of different sizes, but when it was my turn, they told me this size was not available. “Why then keep them on the wall as samples for sale”

I think all these negative reviews must be old. I haven't had a bad experience I go there around Christmas and then throughout the year to mail cards internationally and it's always been routine. The staff always seem friendly and there usually a couple of people in line.
