This was a horrible experience literally on the day of my closing, I was scrambling to get statements because Stacie and team dropped the ball. So I literally had to come out of pocket another 2,000 dollars for bills that were already paid for because I wasn't told the bills needed to be paid at closing. Thank God I had the money can you imagine if I didn't. Let me mention how I had 2 of the same bills posted and now I'm having issues with. You would think this should have been the happiest day of my life, I'm mentally drained and I'm still not done.

Joe Morrone is incredible, he assisted us on purchasing our first home, processed our applications in lightening speed, gave us approvals and locked us in on a great rate and even updated the rate as the mortgage rates got lower. Which is so rare ! He answered all our questions through call and text, offered advice when issues arose, stayed patient and positive, Truly an incredible soul. Fraudulent business practices here. Beware! This company did not follow through with refunding a substantial amount of money like promised. They made "a mistake" and it cost me a lot! Do NOT do business with them.

I was referred to Isaiah Spencer for the purchase of a house by my parents in New Jersey. It was a tricky situation as my dad is a business owner and all his income are tied to the business, Isaiah found us a great solution, was on top of any questions or issues that came up, got us a great rate all things considering and was really patient with all the questions we had. I don't see my family using anyone else for any future home purchases or refinancing. I highly recommend him.
