The waiting time was too long. And there is no priority for children who are having high temperature

I was a patient 10 days , I was a walk in. Before being seen , I asked many questions such as out much out of pocket for sutures , the visit and my follow up . The PA Nicole Suvillan and the receptionist at the front desk , explained very clear that the $270 I paid out of pocket was included forthe visit , the sutures & I asked is there a fee when I come back to take it out , ms suvillan and the receptionist said that will be included in the follow up . I asked for it to be in writing and it was verbally said once again , it’s included in the visit charge that I paid for . Once day 9 came to come take out the sutures , I walked in and waited 2 hours to be seen , just to be told the dr didn’t do a good job basically with stitching me up and it wasn’t fully closed so they didn’t want to chance it to take out they stitches since it was on a joint bad place on my hand . Not to mention 2 stitches fell out on its own so that’s why it wasn’t fully closed smh no good . So when I went that day the PA Christine said to me I will not be charged for this visit , because it didn’t get the stitches taken out and wasted my time anyways , when I could of been told from jump can I show them how it look so they knowIf it’s ready to be taken out . I asked her before leaving will I be charged since nothing was done and she said no .That day no one mentioned anything about a payment . So today 12/22 I had an appt for10am . I come in and it’s mentioned to me that $50 needs to be paid . I kindly explained to them the details in regards of that and it was explained the $270 was paid for which is included in my follow up . I’m not paying $50 and it was told to me that it was included in my follow up visit . So I didn’t get my stitches taken out , they need to communicate better with patience and have it in a writing the fees and stuff people are paying for . They didn’t do a good job on my hand anyway . I will never come back here . Y’all need to get better with patient communication and being clear to what needs to be paid for when it comes to a DR visit . You guys lack that and now look .

I went to this urgent care tonight, and the waiting time was acceptable, and the service was excellent. The nurse Karen Hegdal, and the Nicole Sullivan, the Physician Assistant treated me so good, very gentle, even though I was feeling so bad, they made me feel better with that excellent service.

I loved the entire experience. I walked into the immaculate Urgent Care on Donegan on Staten Island, and was met with the front desk receptionist who was so patient and kind. She immediately directed me to an examination room. The attending physician came in soon after. She was very understanding and made me feel so at ease. She did for me what my previous primary care provider would not...she made me feel as though I was heard and she addressed all of my concerns with compassion and patience.I would recommend this particular clinic to any one of my loved ones!!

The receptionist was super nice and professional, the NA was wonderful and the doctor was great, she knew what I had and prescribed the right med. I started to feel better the next day. They also offer free tea, which is wonderful when you are not feeling well. Thanks for the great service.

Had a great experience at this location. The things I liked the most are: Wait time, cleanliness, professionalism, explaining tests, answering questions, taking my input into consideration. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care. Would def visit this urgent care again in the future.

I went to get a PPD done I had clearly told the receptionist my name I didn’t think nothing of it but something told me when I got home look at the paper and long & behold it had a completely different patient’s name and birthday. when I called all that was told was oh you got to come get another paper sorry about that like that’s it How can you make that mistake? It’s not like the place was busy. God forbid it would’ve been personal results to someone else. This is so bad.

Everyone is really nice and they take the time to explain and go through everything. I've been here a few times over the last few years and I've never had a bad experience. All the doctors are patient and kind. Highly recommend this urgent care :)!

I went in there yesterday in a panic , I had an allergic reaction to a peach that I didn’t know I had . Worst part was that I had my 5 year old with me . The lead nurse was TESS I believe , she was amazing. Her and the other girls took care of my daughter while they treated me . I couldn’t have asked for people better in a potentially life threatening situation. My daughter and I are grateful for them . Thank you
