Natalie Pancetti did a fantastic job from the time we signed on with Neuhaus Reality to the closing. Natalie always went that extra mile to make sure the house was ready at the spur of the moment. She gave it that personal touch from the first day. Phones calls from to New York to Florida were right on the tee. Natalie you are a godsend to the realtor world. My uncle passed away earlier this year. We have been paying the rent on time and cleaning out the appartment. When we called to tell them we were finishing up and would be out by the end of the month, they sent a construction crew that day to demolish everythinbg inside and throw away everything remaining. They got rid of personal belongings and lied when asked about it.
"Everything from the apartment was taken to the basement and locked away for you." - Mimi Neuhaus
This was a lie, it was all given to their "contractors". My son went to retrieve the possessions from the apartment and was told that nothing was there for him other than a rusted toolbox they found in the trash from the apartment. Very weird how 6 custom fishing rods and two reels were not in the trash with all of the other stuff from the appartment. When my son asked what contractor they used so he can get in touch, he was told they usually pick up "workers" from Richmond road and Amboy to do their work, not an actual contractor. So no we have no way to find the men who cleaned out the apartment.
The Manager Mimi is not helpful at all and was even heard saying "Don't tell them anything!" to the super. The super Daniel was nothing but helpful and apologetic, but with Mimi pulling the reins, nothing productive came of my son's visit. Embarrassment of a business.

Don't let your relatives die or they come in and throw away anything in the apartment.
My uncle passed at a hospital. We told them we would be vacating by the end of the month. Went to the apartment that day to find the entire thing gutted and empty. All personal possessions nowhere to be found in the trash, so they were taken by contractors. Management didn't even know a construction crew went in. 0 communication, no reimbursement, items were supposed to be in the basement holding area but the contractors took them instead.

Katja was fantastic at reassuring and informing me during the home buying process by finding me everything and more I could have asked for in my dream home. There was never a call or text she missed and worked around the clock to ease my nerves of my first time home buying. 5 stars is not enough 10/10 for Katja’s works⭐️

Called about an inquiry and was very rudely answered. Lady simply said “sorry we can’t help” without even getting anymore information. Very unprofessional.

I am writing this review for Realtor Rosario Ursua working at Neuhaus Realty. Just had a loan closed with Rosario within 30 days. She is an excellent Realtor and has very good negotiating skills. She is a 1st time Home Buyer Specialist and gets better with every deal. She is very responsive and follows up very quickly and cares a lot about her clients. I am very impressed with the awesome job!!! Great job Rosario!!
