Absolutely no stars. I paid CASH for a 2024 Trax. There was a recall. The service department called to set an appointment. I wanted a Saturday apt. As I work 5 days a week in NYC Monday to Friday from 6am - 4pm. I told they WILL NOT do a Saturday apt. For a computer download because it would inconvenience other customers!! I was also told by the girl that called me I could rent a car and be reimbursed. When I told this to CARLOS he said no way we don't do that. I was also told drop the car off on a weekday at 7am and take public transportation to work!!! I have a car for reasons of health and cannot take public transportation! They refuse to work with me. Just wanted my CASH I paid for the car. Then do not want to inconvenience any other customers! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ONCE YOU DO AND YOU DRIVE OUT OF THE LOT. YOU WILL BE INCONVENIENCED thus would not let me post unless I added a star! I didn't want to. They get NO STARS

Bill Knight was excellent to deal with. Quick, easy, painless process. Told him what I wanted, what I wanted to spend, and he had the right deal for me. Couldn't ask for better. Definitely recommend
