Leo, the young gentleman who works at the Pick-up Service, epitomize the highest level of professionalism and patience to help a customer like me who ordered a wrong adaptor for my iphone. With his expertise, Leo guilded me to choose a correct adaptor right away, and let me try it on to see whether it fits. It did, so Leo allowed to exchange the adaptor without any hesitation. W/o Leo's outstanding service, I probably would have dumped the wrong product after spent so much money and time.

do you know why brick and mortar stores are going out of business? they keep nothing in stock. on monday, i went to this store to purchase an amazon fire tablet for $170. they had none in stock of this brand as well as every other brand. besides the cashier and the security guy at the front door, there was basically no employees in the rest of the store. i went home and went online on thursday to purchase it and found a "black friday" sale for this item for $120. does best buy realize that some people still go to stores to buy things. does best buy realize that even though thanksgiving is still a week away, there are people christmas shopping live and in person? does best buy realize that by me waiting three days they lost $60 i was prepared to give to them? when they are on the news crying once again about they are losing money during the christmas season, think about this review and say to yourself "whose fault is it that they are losing money or not making what they expected. thank you for reading this review.

Got total tech subscription for nothing. Came in 3 times for 3 different issues and they give me stories every time. I purchased a ps5 and were supposed to extend my warranty. I go in for repairs and they said under total tech will take 3-6 weeks. This store is very unprofessional and lack the knowledge of there own products!

Their customer service sucks! When you're making a purchase the employees are breaking their necks to take your money and get you out the store, when you come in to get your product service they employees are not as accommodating. There are more employees standing around than assisting the customers.

i looking for a sound bar when i was approached by josh for help. he was a great seller, but it began to get weird when he kept being flirty and making weird sexual comments, telling me how good i smelt and how i looked "built". i told him i was good on my own, and imminently left the store. never felt so creeped

Someone made an online purchase using my profile and Visa debit card. They added a secondary email to my best buy profile and used this email to verify identity, purchase, etc. My bank withdrew those funds from my account. Almost $1100. I complained to Chase and Best Buy about this fraudulent activity. I have my proof that it was delivered to a different address in someone else's name but both Chase and Best Buy refused to take the hit. I filed a police report. I have my proof that there was no email sent to me about a credit card verification or purchase order or shipping order email but they disregard my dispute. Chase is looking into it. Best Buy saids will call me or write me a letter and it's been now almost three months. At this point I need to escalate this matter to the social media. Be careful using your credit card anywhere. People will use your identity to make online purchases and you won't even be protected by your bank or the merchant. Best Buy sucks! Chase sucks! Give me back my money!!!

Awful customer service. Stay far away and use Amazon instead. Customer service staff managers are a total joke. Rude and hostile and have zero customer service skills, specially when the store manager isn't around. Treat their customers like ****. Don't buy your electronics at Best Buy, plain and simple.

Used curbside to pick up my order. There were a lot of cars parked on the curbside parking space but no one was in the car. That's the only problem I have, They really need to have those spots open for people that are actually using curbside pickup! Took a few minutes before someone came out with my order, she was fast and efficient.

I don't even wanna give one starts. First I try to pick up something and then they won my ID I forgot to bring it I showed them the number the account and the email and then I showed them the picture of the ID and now they guys told me they won the other people to be here what is the problem with you guys? Everything is correct and you want now want people to be right there then why you need to correct for those information for??? Bro turn your head think about it!

Best Buy made me and my mom wait. We were told to bring a charged laptop to fix, but when we wet there we were told to bring a charger. The women behind the desk said it was going to be fixed today, but instead it's going to be fixed next week. We bought 2 computers from here and last time we're told that it would be sone setting up in 1 day, turns out we waited for 1 week. They also told my mom if we bought a $17.99 SUB plug we would have gotten it done today. But after we bought that we were told that it wasn't going to be fixed the day she said it would. But guess what! We don't get a refund on something we were told we're going to work but didn't! We didn't even get it fixed that day. "When you buy the plug it would get fixed the same day" the lady said, when we bought it she changed her mind "its actually never going to get done today" so we just bought a piece of a $17.00 plug for no reason. WE DIDN'T EVEN GET A REFUND ON IT! This just makes me mad because they never get on time. They say it's done one day but it gets done the next 2 weeks.

Complete bullish!t. Waste of time. Bought a fridge - was told delivery would be in over a week. Fine, I could wait. Was told by the Best Buy sales lady that the delivery service, which I think is some random company from NJ, was supposed to call within 2 hours or so before arriving at the house - The timeframe for the delivery was between 12pm and 6pm. Wasted ALL DAY waiting for them to show up. Called Best Buy at like 3:30pm to check status - they said the delivery was "in transit" and the driver should be calling before they arrive. Waited.. and waited.. no calls, no nothing. 6pm comes around - nothing, no fridge. Called Best Buy again, this time they tell me the delivery guys "supposedly" came at around 2pm and "supposedly" waited 15 minutes in front of the house because no one was home. COMPLETE LIE. We were home all damn day - Waiting. The delivery guys never called, never rang the doorbell, never showed up. We also would have 100% seen their truck "waiting" outside it that were true. (And according to Best Buy, when I checked status, they were still in transit to the house at 3:30.) THEY NEVER SHOWED!! Whatever company this Richmond Best Buy uses for delivery are flat out unprofessional liars. I canceled my order. Buying my shit elsewhere. You should too.

Giving 1 star only because I can't give zero. Received the run around after a 3pm appt. First I was rammed a yearly membership($200) down my throat(which I refused because I knew my PC issue was a minor one. After refusing the yearly membership I felt nothing was going to be done after trying to be convinced anywhere from needing a new computer(my particular PC was only 4yrs.old) to replacing a HD to having a corrupted MB at a cost anywhere from $150 on up(again told if I brought the yearly membership it would be covered). I resolved my issue with another service for $90 including labor. Mine was a software issue... BEWARE!
