Nice and friendly my tv blew out and they replaced it with no problem, the workers that came to my apt was nice and polite also.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Bad service!!!!! The employees are slow and rude!!! All they want is money and will tell you false things that will bribe you into buying things that you don't even need!!!?

I won my case and went to this store with $7,000 in cash...the most rudest , horrible worker made me leave the store so fast ...best buy needs to hire better workers. Amazon is where i buy my stuff.
