Came in after an oil change for a free full service car wash. They charged me 26 dollars after a discount for getting my oil changed, which the full service is suppose to be free as per the oil change deal. Never again going here H20 spa is so much better and reasonable. Talk about a rip off and taking full advantage of the customer.

Terrible service. I asked the gentleman does the Matt service mean washing my car matts he said yes they go through the machine. My car was finished and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly nor were the seats or cup holders. The inside of the car wasn’t wiped down, still had dust on the dashboard. I noticed my matts didn’t look different so I went to ask the guy and he said I washed the 2 plastic matts in the back. I said why would I pay extra to wash 2 plastic. So I was told to go to the other guy and he said, no we don’t wash them we just put them through a machine to get excess dirt off. I said I specifically asked you if you washed the matts and you said yes, so if I didn’t pay extra you wouldn’t have vacuumed them ? I paid for full service, extra tire treatment and cleaning of the matts. On top of it my neighbor cut his grass and it was all over the bottom of my car and it’s still there. Last time I checked when it says full service interior and exterior it means they will wipe down my dashboard and cup holders.

I only came here because I got an oil change and they said it comes with a FREE full service car wash. How does free equal $28.31. I got a $9 discount. I'm so confused. And no way they charge $9 for a full service car wash. I bet they don't even charge that for exterior only. Scam artist. I can't even remember if my car was clean decently. My advice is don't bother coming here. If you have to scam to make money it means you're not doing a good enough job.

The big women working the registers on Saturday morning, June 29 2024 could not answer any basic questions about services offered. I was told to go talk to a Spanish speaking worker. When I explained I don’t speak Spanish, it was like staring at a brick wall.
Most weirdest interaction I’ve ever had with a cashier. Just went to someplace near my house
and gave them my money instead LOL
Next time maybe if someone is looking to spend money, at least be helpful when a customer asks questions.

I wouldn’t recommend going there if they told me they wash me for free, I wouldn’t go there a second time, they wash badly, after that you have to go to another wash, it’s very disrespectful

I visit at 5:30 PM on a Saturday - closed.
I visit 10:00 AM on a Wednesday - closed.
The Google Maps hours say it’s open.
I ask the guy working there what the hours are and he says they’re closed. I ask when do they open and he just says they’re closed.
If I can’t get my car washed on weekends or weekdays when am I supposed to get it washed?
