The guy who works in this store on Sundays is extremely rude and discourteous. 27 spots coned off and this guy tells us we can't park in his spot. On top of that instead of allowing someone to park tells me to park in a handicap spot. No wonder why his store is empty. And people wonder why Staten islanders have such a bad reputation. Entitlement at its finest.

I went recently and found the staff to be very helpful in selecting a fine cigar. Great atmosphere and location. A relaxing place to be overall.

I use to shop here all the time for my favorite cigars La Aroma De Cuba but not anymore. Although they have a great selection I am now looking for a different shop. I was in there today while in my work uniform to grab a few cigars real quick and was greeted by a guy when I first walked in which was nice (so I thought) . After greeting me I walked past him to go in the humidor and get my cigars and when I looked up he was literally standing in the doorway of the humidor blocking me from exiting. He never asked if I needed help or anything, the meatball just stood there like I was going to shoplift. The guy just watched as I was looking around to see what I wanted and when I grabbed the cigars I wanted he finally moved so I could go pay for them. I’m a grown man and not a teenager or some punk kid so I felt very uncomfortable and totally disrespected. I spent a lot of money in that store over the years and the girl who is usually there is great but I will not return until they get rid of the meatball that was there today. If I could leave zero stars I would,

This is a nice shop with a large selection and a comfortable lounge. The staff members are friendly, too. They have lockers you can rent if you're looking for the convenience and a regular place to frequent and enjoy a cigar. It's BYOB if you want to take a beverage with you.
