“The warm, helpful,courteous,friendly customer service never ceases to amaze me at Victory State Bank ( all branches ) until Tues, Sept. 22' 15 - I went on drive thru line to cash a check - I asked for certain break-down of bills returned plus a few rolls of rolled coin - after a few minutes, the teller Lilla, appeared next to my car- seems rolled coins can not go through the drive thru because too heavy- Lilla came outside to my car, so not to cancel or disappoint me, she brought the bills AND rolls of coin - What an amazing and kind service to do for someone- What a wonderful & friendly Bank!
