If I could give 0 stars I would. The store associate was minimally helpful. He told us although the account is over 7 years old there were no incentives/credits for loyal customers. Who’s loyal these days? My bad. He also told us the budget phones, less than &150 dollars were not available. Finally, I suggested to my husband to switch to another carrier and the associate said we had to call 611 to get the information needed to switch. He never looked up the details of the account which would have shown the phoned was covered by insurance. That’s another fiasco. Overall, hated it!

That girl Andrea at this metro is the BEST person I ever met there. She always helps and very knowledgeable in all the fields. I been all ova but she's the best person at any metro I eva I come across! 100% recommend this place! Go ask for her
