What can I say about Classic Nails. I used to get my Nails and threading done at Classic's for years. The nail Tech Rocky used to do my nails and I would get my pedicures done by whomever was available. The owner with the deep voice that sits at the desk collecting money is so Nasty and disrespectful. Their nail polish is old and outdated so certain colors of their gel polish bubbles up especially this particular yellow color they have. For example I went to get a pedicure done it was kinda late so I called to make sure that they would take my daughter and I and they said yes. I got there at 6:30 and you know it was close to closing time so it was a rush job. I did explain to them that I could have come the next day because I did have a nail appointment (BUT it would be Friday and you know what the nail salon is usually like on a Friday ) so I just wanted to get the feet out of the way so we would just have to do our nails on Friday. So after getting my pedicure done when I got home the polish was bubbling and popping like a balloon and there was polish on my toes I mean it looked like I polished my toenails myself. So when I got there on Friday morning I showed Rocky my Toes and I said to her ( Rocky you know what that's that same color polish that a young lady had complained about like a year ago Rocky in return says ( Yes and she said you remember that ) she then turned to the nail tech next to her and said it to her also. Rocky told me wait until the tech comes in and show it to her and I did. So now my nails are done and the tech was doing my daughter's manicure so Rocky said go do your eyebrows and when you're done with the eyebrows she'll fix it. By now the Deep voice owner came in and in their language they must have told her what happened so she comes over to me and ask me what I was waiting for and I said a change of color because this polish is no good and she said if I wanted to change the color I would have to pay $20. And I said why it's your polish that's no good and 24 hours hasn't even passed she said well you can pay $15. And I said no so she said I would have to get the same color and I said if I have to get the same color then I want my feet done over because the polish was sloppy and my feet were still rough. She then told me then you would have to wait. So I said why do I have to wait I've been here since the shop opened but she could care less but you know what bothered me more is that Rocky and the techs that could have spoken up but instead they held their heads down and said nothing. They all knew she was wrong and discussed it amongst themselves but never spoke up for me and how do I know that because Rocky asked my sister for me and asked why I don't come back and she told her why and Rocky said that they all knew that was wrong but yet still you'll all sat there and said NOT ONE DAMN WORD. So I tried to polish it by myself but you know it's Gel polish so you Need the UV LED machine for the polish to dry so that didn't work at well for me BUT I knew once I walked out that door I would be another customer thats wasn't coming back. I remember sometimes it was standing room only in there to get serviced and imagine on the Saturday before New Year's Eve you could walk right in and get a manicure and Pedicure without having to wait and the new shop I go to that has 3x's more techs had a line outside outside the door. So for me Classic Nails will remain a CLASSIC!!! PS. I only gave one star because you have to give a star to post or I wouldn't have given ANY!!!

I have been a customer there for over 7 years really liked my nail tech and pedicure tech. But as recently the prices keep going up, I get the same thing all the time. I just ask the nasty owner to breakdown the prices for me. That nasty man voice India lady owner just starts yelling at me as if I was her child in front of customers and her employees. I responded I am not allowed to ask you why my bill is $145.00. She continues to yell at me, I told her this my money and I have every right to ask about my bill. She is continuing being RUDE TO HER CUSTOMERS. I have seen it done to other in the pass. I told her I will not be returning and she told me she DONT CARE. NO APOLOGIES. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I JUST FEEL SORRY FOR THE EMPLOYEE BECAUSE SHE TREATS THEN LIKE SHIT TOO. SO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I waited 45 mins to get my hubby & I to get our pedicure. My hubby said he never wants to come here again. The place was untidy & it felt like a hole in the wall.

This placevis great with customers and the workers are very warm and friendly. The owner gives Me hugs and I was greeted warmly. I would go there always.

The Chinese guy was very rude refuse to do my nails just because I show him a picture and ask him how much this style would cost me he said $80 and I thought it was to experience. I said to him i will pic something els he respond no need for that i will no be doing you're nails because sense its to expensive for you I no longer want to do you're nails.because of that i had to wait for in hour 20 minutes to get my feet dane the treatments was horrible every one els act like I didn’t matter I remain humble sense i took a uber to the address and waited to get my feet dane.Indian lady thats in charge wasn't there the guy that was in charge was so unprofessional. I love getting my nails done here. Claudia and Nancy do an excellent pedicure; Ellora always aims to please with your gel/ SNS manicure.. David is a veteran, as he can do ANY design! Shirin & Rose aee awesome at eyebrow threading! They all pay attention to detail and try to work efficiently. However, go as early as you can bc there can be a wait. Cons...I've told the owner B4 they need more quality nail polish that can match the gel or SNS colors, like the higher end salons. People will pay alil more if they have the options! I've been going here over 20 years.

Got my eyebrows done. 2 days later had a rash on my forehead above my right eye. The workers go from one client to another touching faces without washing their hands between clients. When they're leaning over your head, their clothes are rubbing across everyone's face, transferring germs from one client to another. Be careful . Bring your own alcohol pads to wipe your face when they're done.
