Wonderful Shop, expert workmanship, well priced and they do not try to sell you up. I have been using this shop exclusively for my cycling needs for well over a decade, and admire the way all customers are treated with patience and respect. As an avid cyclist I put quite a few miles on my bike every year (close to 30.000 miles with Valley Cycle over the last 13 yrs), and the expert service I get from Rich, Karl, and the rest of the crew has kept my rides safe and trouble free. If you are looking for a reliable, competent, and knowledgeable Bike Shop, here's your place. Throw in their great pricing and friendly atmosphere, and wonder why there's no line winding out the door.

Came in with a quick rear cassette repair- Service was fast as lightning, literally less than 5 minutes. This place is clean and well stocked - reasonable prices, hit them up.

Needed a kickstand for a kids size bike. On a Sunday. Not a as easy as you think. They need to install it on the bike then cut to size. (Kids size bike / small kickstand. They installed it with 10 minutes. Very reasonable price $15 .

So service wise they were good, came in with my family to get their bike tires checked and why not. The reason for my one start is bc of the service they did not provide to another customer that came in looking for a bike. Who was the person u ask? It was latino man, he was flat out ignored when he asked questions, like if wasn’t even standing there. And yes maybe the worker who was their doesn’t speak Spanish, he could of at leap acknowledge the man and answer in English, for a price check they could say it n the customer would understand or Google translate idk. For that reason I’m sorry I can’t ever go back and conduct any kind of business with them.

Karl he put my brakes on and installed a guild rail and a battery holder for my bike Karl is the man with e-bikes he the main guy who deals with e-bikes and the best technician on e-bike Rich and Andrew are amazing too the whole shop knows what they are doing don’t expect repairing anything on a e-bike will be cheap it might be a little pricy but but Karl knows his stuff

Great service! I brought my bike in, the chain wasn't feeding smoothly. They identified the cause, and fixed it with some standard adjustment work. Didn't try to upsell the issue into equipment replacement or anything like that. They fixed it quickly, charged a fair price and I'm back on the bike this afternoon! Thanks guys! I'll be back!

very nice people… until they run into something requiring above an IQ of 80 to overcome. Then they become snobby and pretentious and talk down to you.So many rookie mistakes. If you have anything other than the most basic bike stay away from this place.Gave them a derailleur to install and they returned the bike with a slightly straightened original derailleur.Assuming they kept the new one to sell to some other sucker who falls into their trap.Take their sweet time as well.
