Picked up a time sensitive gift today . Before I left I asked if I could open the box to look at it. When I questioned the size of the engraving and pointed out that it wasn’t looking aligned with the edges I was dismissed and the sales lady took a card out of the piece that had been inside it like she was hiding it from me . I asked to see the card and she said no . I asked 3 times to see it and Finally the owner ( I guess that’s who she is ) came out and told her to show it to me . It had a lower price on it than what I paid . I pointed out that there is a scratch on the back of the piece to which the owner raised her voice slightly and said “ well you got your finger prints all over it “ I told her that doesn’t matter. There’s a scratch. She then said I’m sorry in an obnoxious way and looked at her employee. I told her no she wasn’t sorry . That they are obnoxious and this is the worst customer service . She then said ( lol) well it seems like you don’t even want this . We’ve been in business for over 30 years… blah blah blah … I’ll give you a refund ( This gift is time sensitive and if it weren’t I would have definitely taken the refund and gone somewhere else . I had already waited a week . They do horrible work here! This is the second time I’ve been to them where my purchase has been scratched and they have been rude.) I told her no Refund . I’ll just write a review. Both of them continued to argue with me as I was walking out the door. Absurd .. Never going back here again..buyer beware !

I emailed Engravably Yours with a question and I got a very quick response. They also took a difficult job that multiple places I went to wouldn't do. When I was there, the owner of the store treated me great and was very pleasant and helpful. The job was done well and on time. I highly recommended this place.

Shame on ME for not telling the world about this FIVE STAR shop that I’ve been frequenting for years. I ADORE the owner Michele and the extremely well-versed associate, Dorene that will guide you in every right direction for the holidays… whether it’s a welcome home gift, a special anniversary or simply a gift to give ONESELF! I not only trust the shop’s advice- I crave it since they are true experts in so many different departments like Swarovski, Mont Blanc, household items like crystal frames and poker sets for your favorite gambler! You’ll need a couple of hours to truly look around and shop. Their gift wrapping is something NOBODY does anymore (remember when Macy’s gift wrapped?). I HIGHLY recommend this store for every occasion !

Not a bad selection of items to give as gifts and/or have engraved. The staff were extremely accommodating, and took their time with me finding the perfect gift an occasion. Quick turnaround on their engraving service. I appreciate their work and service!

Nice friendly woman behind counter, fast service. But engraving was reversed in areas and item was needed for party, so took anyway. Check work and go over. Nice work, fast service, price i can handle.

Engravably Yours was a lifesaver, they came recommended and saved me hours shopping locally as opposed to being stuck in the mall somewhere.When I was getting gifts I knew I wanted to get my brother's motto engraved on a travel mug. I was happy they could engrave the object of my choice and I would not just rely on their stock (which I did later learn was excellent, but I knew many places had empty shelves with the holiday season). This was solid peace of mind and I've attach a picture of the quality engraving on an awesome Yeti tumbler.Throughout the process was Dorene, she was amazing!! Offering helpful suggestions without being overbearing, knowledgeable, personal, and warm---I had her full attention and it felt like a collaborative process.Together I picked out a lovely necklace for my mother and then after leaving the store--- was researching a meaningful family heirloom and got inspired to recreate it--- after a few minutes in my car I came back in to make things happen.Had a meaningful blessing on a family cross-stitch type written in Norwegian, they helped me find the perfect object to engrave it on, with enough space for it to be written in both languages. Now for the engraving itself, they nailed the font, the special 'ae' character in Gammelnorsk, put a nice artistic flourish separating the two languages, and I'm so thrilled to be able to give these as gifts I bought three.It's going to be emotional and wonderful giving my mother and brother these plaques instilled with so much meaning. It wouldn't have happened this way at the mall, I'm certain---this felt like commissioning art and worth every penny. My brother is going to love bringing his mug to work and I can't wait to see my mom wearing that necklace.Dorene and the staff at Engravably Yours, thank you so much!

Did not know what I wanted or was going to get my wife for our anniversary. She is very particular about her jewelry. Michele, Marilyn and Norman were so helpful and nailed it. My wife loved the gift and I scored major brownie points. Thanks Engravably Yours !!!

Family brought a chalice to be engraved for my grandma who recently passed away. Instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary were provided, however, for whatever reason, they decided to disregard the instructions provided on the order form and engraved it at the top. After the mistake was brought to their attention, they touted how they have been in business for 30 years. At no point did they admit to their mistake, apologize, or make good on the agreement. A phone number was provided at the top of the order form, so we could have easily been contacted with any questions. Norman called after the fact and tried to convince our family that he knew better. This has left what should have been a nice tribute to the life of a wonderful woman looking like a trophy and has made a stressful time in our families life even more so. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any occasion

I had the worst experience at Engravably Yours in Spring Valley . I brought in a Chalice to be engraved for my mother who recently passed away . Although there was written instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary , they decided to disregard the clearly written directions on the order form and engraved it on the top . They touted how they have been in business for 30 years , but in that time seemingly did not learn to follow directions, own their mistakes, apologize , or make good on the agreement . My number was clearly printed at the top of the order form , so I could have easily been contacted with any questions . I also received a call from Norman who was incredibly rude as he tried to convince me that he knew better. Again , this is incorrect and irrelevant as that is not what is written on the form . I would steer clear of this store as they are incompetent , unprofessional, and insensitive .Posted on behalf of my mother.
