Moved to Joe's because it was convenient to our new location in Spencerport. Was pleasantly surprised to have warm and friendly interactions when I first started taking my cars there. I have had some fairly frosty interactions with other garages that are not interested in building a lasting relationship. Joe V's always take the time to explain the options and will work hard to get your vehicle back to you quickly. They will also prioritize you on critical problems like brakes and tire replacement because they care about your safety. I highly recommend Joe V's.

Don't gi here unless you want ti be scammed and have your vehicle INTENTIONALLY damaged without fixing it! These people charges me 1500$ to basicly total my vehicle! Court case coming up!

You really feel like family here. From Joe in sales bringing you over for espresso if he sees you in service to the other Joe in Service who explains everything and does his best to make sure you only spend money that is necessary.

Joe, Tano, and Kelly are always there and willing to help you out with a great attitude and friendly service! And as far as my 2 cars that I bought from them the service is always done correctly the first time, and when they tell you it's going to be ready.
