“I had a great experience at this car wash! It was my first time going there today. As someone who has been in customer service for 20+ years, they nailed it! Very professional and friendly staff! It definitely won't be my last time going!”
“Like the new car wash, vacuums, and matt cleaner. Only thing I don't like is when bugs on vehicle your system does get them off because of no power wash or scrubbing”
“Best value is to buy a monthly program, the lowest cost one does just fine. I get new cars every year or so and have had no scratches. But there's always a new kids spraying the cars and the quality of their work very tremendously. Also, sometimes the car carrier brings you too close to the car in front and jolt you because it has to stop before you hit it.”

“The actual car wash experience is excellent relative to other brands. Customer Service is another thing. Even though there is no signage, as required by NYS for a "no refund policy," there are generally no refunds or exchanges allowed on annual plans. This is true even if one simply wants to exchange a lower price annual service package for a higher price annual service package. They cannot simply just charge the difference here, even if requested on the same day. In order for me to get the Go Wash Select annual plan, after paying for the Go Wash Basic annual plan, I had to contact the corporate office. About a week later, someone called back with an offer to help. The corporate customer service agent said that she had to get special permission from her supervisor to make the exchange. At the corporate level, the customer service is fine. It doesn't seem as though associates are empowered for customer service at the local level however. Buyer beware-- I hope this helps someone else.”
“The prices are reasonable, and the young man at the booth was fantastic.
The do detailing. I haven't had it done yet, but I am planning to do it soon.
They even have a mat cleaning machine to clean your car mats (for all customer).
Also free vacuum for all customer too. I love the water pressure and the giants brushes that give your car an excellent wash.”

3272 Chili Ave, Rochester“This place is only have self shampoo vacuum, and I was looking for a long time. I went to delta sonic, and I paid them $80 for shampoo vacuum. I can still smell vomit in my car due to my drunk friend. When I found out this place offer self shampoo vacuum, I was thrilled to stopping by here. Unfortunately, the shampoo vacuum is out of service, and I used the cleaning product from Walmart and use their vacuum and scent spray. I did better job than delta sonic for sure... the scent of vomit is gone almost 90%. I would give them for 5 stars if the shampoo vacuum is working!”
“Very nice. A few self serve hand wash bays and one laser-wash bay at one end. It takes a little longer. But only cause it lets the soap soak into the car to remove dirt and crud. Results were very pleasing. Truck looks great!”

“One of the only truly touch-free washes around. Plus has under-body sprayers. Good prices, let’s you pre-purchase washes in bulk for a discount. Usually empty or fast. Recommend for any new car in this area.”
“Edit: great customer service! But regardless, undercarriage wash isn’t super great. We will continue to use this Carwash though!
Don’t do the automatic car wash for the purposes of undercarriage washing. We paid $14 for the sole purpose of cleaning the undercarriage, but nothing got cleaned. It’s better to do self car wash.”

1985 Buffalo Rd, Rochester“There isn't much to say about a car wash, I guess. My car is clean when I leave whether I hand wash in a bay or go through the touchless lol. I prefer touchless so my car isn't scratched or beat up and then I park and hand dry. What I can speak to is when car washes like this malfunction be sure to have the phone number with you (its posted all over, even in the bays) I've never been stuck in the wash or anything, but the machines have taken my money. When you call the customer service number they show all the way up! They pull up and help or they send you codes for the free washes and things like that :)”

2150 Long Pond Rd, Rochester“I can here because Delta Sonic cat wash scratches my car. Here, I can get my car clean and have no scratches. It costs about $5 for a manual wash. Absolutely worth it!”
“I went through the touch free laserwash! It did a fairly good job, but my car still came out dirty and there was still bird poo on it! Next time, I'll try the soft touch wash!”
“The touch less automatic car wash was exactly what I wanted for my soft top convertible. The automated machine gave clear directions to select the type of car wash that I wanted and it took plastic or cash and gave change. Perfect for those of us who don't want to line our car up on the tracks. A simple car wash for a reasonable price.”
“i think that this car wash is 5 stars because every time i come here all the workers are super nice and it’s get the job perfectly done and leaves my car super shiny also dante is really friendly and funny”
