Fizzbin loves going to see Charlene, it's his favorite place other than home. Charlene is such a sweet and warm caregiver to our little guy. Easy decision if you are looking for a safe and warm place to have your furry loved ones groomed and pampered. 10 stars.

I highly recommend her! She is amazing with both of our cats yoda yankee and Steeler! She trims there nails when we are scared to do it ourselves. She’s always very kind and quick to get them in! They love her too! Go here for all your grooming needs! You won’t be disappointed!

Exactly what it says on the tin: Charlene is a gentle but effective groomer, especially removing mats from my cat's coat. Highly recommend!!

Just had my first experience with A Gentle Touch, and it was perfect! I have a 1 year old cat who has beautiful long soft fur, but gets matted very easily. She doesn’t like to be brushed or trimmed at home so I decided it was best to get her groomed professionally. I’ve never had a cat groomed before, but I’ll definitely be going back. I let the owner decide what cut would be best, and she looks and smells amazing:) You can tell A Gentle Touch cares about every animal they see!

My wife and I were going to be out of town for a few days and needed someone trust worthy to look after our cats. We arranged for a few house visits through A Gentle Touch. We were incredibly pleased with the service. Our cats were well looked after while we were travelling and the whole process was very professional.

Now I am not a guy who usually reviews dog groomers, but I was so happy with service I received at a Gentle Touch for my puppies I had to say something. First off they are very well priced, second my dogs were so cute when they were done. Also being the holidays they gave me an ornament for each dog with their hair in it. (See picture) they have my business for as long as I live in Spencerport.
