I had an ordinary gold chain for a Tiffany pendant replaced. When I mentioned I might want it longer - his response: 'Sure I can do that for you' I had friends/witnesses with me who heard him.One week later I asked to exchange for longer and he said 'that will cost $___" charging FULL price! No exchange! He never said a word that it was a final sale, no exchange! No disclaimers verbally or in writing!It's an ordinary 10K gold chain - not fresh fish that spoils in one week! I'm sticking with Tiffany's. And I found that he charges TWICE as much as Tiffany's!

Super nice and efficient. I had a bunch of small stuff but they did it gladly replacing the batteries and taking out some links from a watch and I was really appreciative that I found someone that would do it on the spot. I would recommend this store without reservation

Outstanding would be the word to use. I walked in for the first time ever just to have a watch sized. I met with Salvatore and he treated me like I just spent 100k. Amazing service, friendly, I would highly recommend them.

Dropped off watch for battery , cleaning and repair. When I picked up my watch was very impressed! Salvatore is a straight shooter and reasonable prices especially in Southampton. He has repaired a watch prior to this one and was also happy. Rare these days to have a brick and mortar repair store I should know I run one. Love my watch it’s my favorite and I abuse it!

I had been hearing of this jewelry store from family that live in Southampton NY. I have many watches and the batteries always seem to stop prematurely where I have had them repaired in my neighborhood. My mother suggested that I bring them out next time I come to see her and go to The Southampton Jewelry Exchange. So about 2 months ago I bought out a handful of watches to have the batteries replaced. After Salvatore, I believe his name is, repaired them in no time and in the same day, called to tell me they were ready for pick up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I went in the next day and as he was writing up the bill he asked if I was a first responder or nurse and I said yes I am. He then tells me it is on the house. I couldn't believe is generosity, and said no I couldn't do that, it would be too much, I have to pay something there were so many watches. He said absolutely not. This is his way of giving back and he thanked me! Well I was floored and thrilled! What a generous gesture. I would like to encourage people to take their business to this man because he isn't just in it for himself but the community at large. Made my day and I want to spread the news to as many people as possible. This kind of caring and giving should be acknowledged as well as rewarded.
