oh my gosh.. RUN from this store! I left several high end jewellry items on consigment (one in specific was a Gucci heavy sterling silver - many ounces- clasp bracelet that looked like a horsebit ) that sold for $25. Owner said she couldn't sell it for more than that... really?!! That was just one very glaring example of what felt to me like dishonesty.

Wow!! Just hung up with an employee who states my item is at the door for pick up. I gave this company my chandelier with Hope's it would sell in one of Colletts stores. She herself took the item in and said it would go on display by the weekend. After a few months I went into store and did not see the chandelier on display. I then inquired and they assured me it would go up. Almost 2 years later still nothing and still NOT displayed. I renewed the contract again and have all email correspondence showing they would finally display it. 2.5 years later still not sold or displayed. STAY AWAY, they think who they are and is your typical I'm too good for you attitude. I called today and was hung up on after being told to pick up my chandelier. 2.5 years later and they NEVER DISPLAYED THE ITEM. SCOTT the manager called and left message . I have all proof and documentation. If you want to sell your item on consignment find somewhere else. collette just hung up on me as well, dont patronize this store

Sorry- They take your expensive designer clothes and you have no proof what they sell them for. That means when yo get a check for something of yours that sold, you get an accounting of what they sold and for how much. This is filled out by the store people in a hand written store receipt- No real proof, like a actual receipt of purchase is shown. I literally, gave them about $20 k in designer clothes and everything sold and I got a check fro $700 bucks. REALLY? You are better off donating and getting a receipt for your taxes and donating for a good cause.

Went there today with beautiful clothes with tags still on. The woman that was there, I guess, thought we weren't worthy of her Southampton crap store. Pieces we had were $600 or more shirts, shoes, pocketbooks, etc. she actually said - this stuff would be low end. She was nasty, unprofessional and I wouldn't go back in that store even if it meant me having to be naked all the time.

Do not consign with this company or do business with them. They cheat you by not telling what you sold, and then tell you that your consigned clothes become their property after a certain period. I am currently trying to take back all the clothes I consigned, but do not manage to do so. Did not see my clothes in the store. Also, if you want to take back your clothes before a certain period (?) you have to pay them a fee. The period is not expired and they tell me the clothes are not elligible for pick-up. Of all the clothes I left, NOTHING has been sold. They mention their contract, but it is a total lie. They should not be in business.

I would never do business or buy anything from this company. They sold my friend a fake Hermes belt. Also, if you consign with this company, you need to harass them to get paid or they will not pay you for your sold merchandise. Horrible, dishonest people. They should be out of business and deserve bad karma!

I would never, ever to business with this company again. Their practices are immoral, unethical and verge on illegal.
