I am never one to make a claim like this, but the staff was definitely being racist. Almost all of them were being extremely rude and making comments about me "being snobby". The only polite one was a gentleman in a baseball cap. Do not go unless you are black is the lesson. Funny thing is I am latino but have pale skin.

I was in from out of town found them online going to east hampton, I bought one 3.5 granddaddy bag it was 35$ n I got 4 of the cloud 9 prerolled the young guy told me 95 I had 100 then gave me another pre rolled for the full 100 if those prerolled 10 each n the bag 35 his math was off on his favor the smoke was good bit the slick style killed it for me ..... it was only 15 bucks but got me...not a again

Every where I looked location said it opened at 7. Been here many times and never open at 7. Such a same. Might as well put there hours everywhere and say 8.

Don't listen to 1 star reviews I've went here multiple times and everytime the gentleman in the front helps me choose my products and know exactly where it's grown ect. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others but not one employee doesn't know the basics. They have a wide variety of products and all there cloud 9 products are grown here in ny. I don't know what the bad reviewer is talking about upcharge because there's no tax the price they say is price you pay and also works like a market where say I'm getting 3 can you give me a deal and they will . That's exactly why I love this shop and think it's better than anything else happening in ny.

I’ve been to this smoke shop a number of times in the morning and every time I’ve been in the morning the people working are so rude. I try to say hello and they just look at me like I’m crazy. If you aren’t a morning person then don’t work in the morning. I ask questions about product and I get told to read the signs. Workers don’t know product prices. I went to buy something where the sign said a price but they tried to up charge me. Will not be coming back
