EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Steven made himself available to talk on the phone and text for all my concerns. Extremely friendly and professional assistance for my temp move to NYC. Such a smooth and easy vacating process - I recieved my deposit back promptly!! 10/10 service - will use South Salem Self-Storage again!!

We started using South Salem self-storage a few years ago, initially because of the convenience of where it was relative to my house but it was by far the best option. The owner Steve is very nice and reasonable, the units are all very clean and it helps alot to be able to access your stuff at any time. The pricing is also reasonable which is what allowed us to keep the unit for what eventually ended up being around 3 years. All in all I would absolutely recommend South Salem Self Storage to anybody.

By far the cleanest and easiest experience we've had with self storage. Convenient location, great safe little town, great security and reasonably priced. The gentleman that runs the facility is very accommodating, helpful and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend South Salem storage!

Called for pricing, roughly twice as much as nearby units and not even climate controlled.

Convenient, easy to access Clean, secure, flexibility great customer service which is contacted by email or cell phone. Great option for both short and long term storage needs
