  They never have anyone on the floor to help you. I saw someone putting meat out twice and both times I asked her if they had something she had no idea what I was saying and did not know anything. The help at the registers could be trained to be nicer. They are almost always out of stock on so many general items.

  I really do like this store, but the butcher department is just awful. This isn't a reflection on the products they carry (they have a good selection for a super market) it's the customer service. You will stand at the counter for 10 minutes, have an employee make direct eye contact with you, then walk back behind the wall so they can't see you. Don't have a display counter with custom cuts if you don't have staff to provide said products.
